As I woke up, I quickly get off of my bed and looked at my cellphone hoping that Sofia responded to the note I left on her front door.

Sofia's POV

It's been almost two months since I transferred in the new school. It's a good beginning. I guess... I've met Tristan. We enjoyed baking every weekend. Then, I've been saved by Nathaniel. I owe him ny life. I still remember the time when he confessed about his past. Although he is cold in the outside, he is really warm and loving in the inside.

And...

I saw Evangeline, his beloved's spirit, who asked me to love him. It is hard to do that. I don't know what to do after all.

As usual, my day started with my classmates staring at me. Probably, gossiping. I don't understand why they love talking about me. I don't talk to Nathan and Tristan at school to avoid problems, yet they still have something to say against me. I just decided to ignore it.

I walked towards my desk by the window, placed my things, and took a sit.

Suddenly, Tristan entered the classroom quietly. A group of three girls quickly approached him asking about something... He entertained them for a moment, then finally walked towards his seat. What happened to him? He ignored me. Is he mad because of last weekend? But, I thought he understood me.

After a few moment, Nathan entered the classroom as well. It seems like he's surrounded with a positive aura today. He walked towards his seat and took a glance at me. I blushed when he smiled warmly before sitting.

What's happening? Did they swap or something?

Tristan is serious, while Nathan looks approachable.

After class...

Now, it's either me or Nathan who'll wait for each other because we need to go home together. I need to finish my activities in our last subject while him, he still needs to attend the Arts Club.

On our way home... Someone covered my eyes from behind...

I tried to remove those hands off my face, but I can't. I decided to ask Nathan. "Nathan, tell me. Who is this?"

Nathan remained silent.

I heard the person behind me makes a sshhhhh sound.
