But... Ruo didn't feel any hands on her face. She opened her eyes and Cheng Mei smirks then gave a big slap. Ruo froze by what happened.

Someone from behind was clapping while walking towards them, Ruo is still frozen while Cheng Mei looked at that person. Girls were screaming as they fell in love with the handsomeness of the man.

“ Great timing ” a manly voice said.

Ruo came back to reality and looked at the man.

[Ruo's mind : Wait! He's...Hui Xun the leading man! He's so handsome. No! Ruo don't fall inlove]

“ You're here? ” Ching Mei asked.

“ You're going to audition for the female protagonist? Good luck ” Hui Xun said and tapped Mei's shoulder.

He left the room and went to the interview room. Ruo guesses that he is one of the interviewers. Ruo is nervous when he saw him walk into the interview room.

[Ruo's mind : Hui Xun is known for being strict when finding his leading lady. Only a few top actresses met his standards]

“ Number 128, 224, and 236! Please come in ” a staff said.

It's Ruo's, Cheng Mei's, and Xiaoxiao's number. Cheng Mei confidently walked in while Ruo took a deep breath and went in.

“ We'll start with Cheng Mei ” the director said.

Xiaoxiao and Ruo were shocked as Ruo must be the first one to try since she is number 128 while Mei is number 224. Xiaoxiao was ready to rebel but Ruo stopped her. On the other hand, Cheng Mei stood up and went to 'that' place so that she could start.

“ Young Master Han Zhou, I don't think this will work out. I know that you just wanted the treasures of our city, isn't that your purp-” Cheng Mei was stopped by the director before she even finishes what she's saying

“ You missed a line. It should be Young Master Han not Young Master Han Zhou and you missed the part ' you don't love me, you just wanted the treasures of our city '. Cheng Mei, you know that I don't like mistakes! ” The director said.

Xiaoxiao and Ruo laughed at her. Cheng Mei was begging the director if she could have another chance again but she saw ruo and Xiaoxiao that made her annoyed.

“ What if I can? ” Ruo confidently stood up and smirked.

“ Then do it! If you can then I'll give you the role. ” Cheng Mei said.

Ruo got closer to Mei's ears and whispered :

“ It's not up to you who decide to be the female protagonist, after all, the role wasn't yours and will never be yours. ”

“ you! ” Cheng Mei pointed at Ruo angrily but she just smirked.

“ Alright, stop that childish fight. Ruo gets in place ” the director said so Ruo followed. While Cheng Mei went back to her seat.

“ Glad you came ” the director again said.

Cheng Mei heard that and made her annoyed that she stood up from her seat.

“ What does this mean?!”

“ Sit. ” Hui Xun said and Cheng Mei followed him like a dog.

Ruo was in the middle of mopping when her phone rang. It's a notification. As soon as she heard it, she looked at what is it. It was an email by the director of the drama “ when black and white intertwined ”. She was shocked by what she saw and couldn't believe it that she slapped her face to think that it is real!

Ruo was shocked but she continued and the director was impressed by how Ruo handled the scene professionally. Hui Xun smiled and that's the end of Ruo's performance.
