Deep Breathe~

Spshhh~

I took another deep breathe as I listen to the waves splash through the shore...

I opened my eyes and stare at the waves as it touches my feet...

I can feel the coldness of the water and the coolness of the air as it touches my skin...

I can feel the smoothness of the sand as I sat down on the ground...

I hugged my legs as I watch the sun rising...

A tear fell off my cheek as the memories from before flash in my mind...

"Hahaha~ come on" she motioned me to follow her as she ran through the splashing waves.

I can't stop looking at her.

I can't stop my heart from beating so fast as I look at her run back and forth like a child.

I can hear my heart beating, LOUD AND CLEAR along with the splashing waves.

I stopped running so that I can have a chance just to stare at her.

She is so beautiful.

Her eyes that sparkles whenever she is happy, her hair that highlights when the sun hits it, and whenever she smiles feels so genuine...

To found a pefrect girl like her makes me feel that...

I'm the luckiest man alive...

She stopped running and faced me...

I can't stop looking at her as the sun highlights her natural beauty...

She slowly walk towards me and I ~ I only looked at her, I'm having a moment where I only see her walking in slow motion that everything around me becomes mute.

She stopped halfway through me and touched her chest.

My smile fades as I saw her make face, like she is in too much pain.

I run towards her and asked her if she was okay.

She said she was fine and I told her that she should rest.

We sat on the sand as we watch the sun to set.

I put my arms around her and let her lean on me.

" I love You! " she said in whisper

I smiled without looking at her and said " I Love You too~ Very Much"

I felt her head on my shoulder become heavy, I chuckled saying she must be so tired.

I didn't bother to wake her up as we are enjoying this moment feeling the breeze of the air and also I don't want to wake her up.

It was getting late so I decided to wake her up so she can rest comfortably at home.

"Hey, we should go home. " I said

I tap her cheek and told her to wake up again, "hey! Wake up."

I tried shaking her but she just won't budge, and that's when I started to get panick. "Hey Cass wake up you're scaring me! Cassie! Cass! "

A tear fell off my cheek when her hand fall to the side.

"No no no Cass wake up! "

When I touched her wrist I feel no pulse.

I put my mouth to hers and breathe some air into her and then I put my hands to her chest and start compressing.

Tears are falling off my cheeks as I keep on doing what I can just to wake her up...

" Cass~ Cass wake up~ Cass ~"

I dialed 911 and told them Cass's condition...

I held her tightly in my arms as I wait for the ambulance to arrive.

" Cass~ wake up... Please wake up... I need you... Don't leave me please..." I said in stutter as I can't stop my tears from flowing

" Cass~ look... I'm holding your hand (deep breath) I will never let you go (breaths) don't let go, please, don't let go of me (breath)... Caaaaassss "

I was crying my eyes out as the ambulance came and the reacuers run towards our direction...

They immediately hold her wrist to feel her pulse but~ it was too late.

I can't feel my legs and fall to the ground.

I cried as I saw one of the rescuers cover her up with a blanket...

Today is the funeral of Cassie, my beloved one...

I feel powerless... I feel nothing but pain...

I was staring out of nowhere when Cassie's mom appear infront of me.

She gave me a box... A perfectly designed box...

She patted my shoulder and left.

I was curious to what the box is...

As I opened the box I immediately saw Cassie's picture and a small envelope.

I stared at her picture for awhile and put it aside.

I opened the envelope and saw our picture together and a letter. We looked so happy together eating ice cream under the heat of the sun.

I opened the letter and start reading it, tears start falling from my cheeks.

Dear My Beloved One,

Hi Love! I don't know where to start. Should I start with the good news or the bad news?

Whatever! I will say it all anyways haha.

So, lemme share this to you, it's so funny because I was having a good day, you know why? Because I know that I will get to see you later, I was really happy and excited knowing that you would take me to the beach to see the sunset.

But then, earlier today, my heart suddenly felt pain. It's so painful that I can't breathe properly.

So yeah, without you knowing mom and dad brought me to the hospital.

You know what the doctor said? He said something funny tsk.

He said~

he said that I have a heart disease.

And that my heart would stop any moment now, henever it wants. I know you would definitely ask but they said there's no cure, after all it's too late for a dialysis.

It's so funny right? I can't stop laughing.

Lee~ when THAT time comes... When the time comes that my heart would stop beating, don't blame yourself ok?! it's not your fault that it won't beat anymore.

It won't beat not because I don't love you anymore, it won't beat because I am dead.

Before I die, I want to write this letter incase I can't explain it all to you anymore. Lee, I just want to thank you, thank you for being with me the whole time, thank you for putting up with my attitude and staying with me these past 10 years.

Thank you for loving me!

I'm sorry if I am not a perfect girlfriend to you, I'm sorry if I can't stay by your side and fulfill our dreans together, but I promise you, I swear you're the only man that I love and will love.

You know what's funny again? It so happens that today is our 10th anniversary, it's supposed to be our happy day but a bad news came ruining half of my day haha...

Will I still get to be with you after our 10th year together? I hope so! I hope that we stay together forever...

But that won't happen, there is no forever, there is no happily ever after, I just wish that I get to spend my last hours with you today.

Always remember this, Lee I Love You Very Much!!

Even if I am in heaven I will never unlove you, I will still keep on loving you. I will watch you from above.

But when I die, make sure you have to move on ok? You should find someone better, much better than me haha. A girl that can stay with you forever. Find someone that will never leave you behind like I will do.

Do me this favor ok? Live a happy and healthy life with a happy family.
