The Prince

"Yan!! Are you ready? We'll be leaving soon!!" The lady came in your room.

"I'm ready mom you don't need to shout!!" I calmly said but I guess she didn't like it.

"Don't argue with me. Now come on"

"Yeah" and then we got downstairs. Mom locked the doors. Dad is already sitting inside the car.

"Yan. You go in that car. Me and your dad will go in one. You in the other one" I don't know why but she told me to be in the expensive one. Like is something special?

(1 hour later)

"Driver! When are we gonna reach?" I asked.

"Just few seconds Miss" I sighed.

Oops!! Sorry I forgot to introduce myself. I'm Yu Yan. 23 years old. Single daughter of the richest man in top 10. I have a step-mother, step-brother and loving dad. She scolds me on every single thing. But dad...he doesn't even raise his voice on me. I was 11 when she died. Dad got really depressed. Even me...my behavior got cold towards everyone. Then after 2 years, dad told me about this lady. At first I denied for their marriage but when I saw them so lovingly. Only for my father's will...I agreed. Otherwise I would never agreed for a woman for take my mother's place. But still I don't care if she loves me or not cuz, I don't. I never talk straight to her. She divorced her husband because he used to torture her. I felt bad for a sec but....shall anyways so...right now we are going to a ball party. Which is organized by the CEO of dad's company as of their success. And about my love life...then I only love my dad and myself. **** everyone. I don't have time to love someone.

Car stops. A guard came and opened the car door for me. A hand held out. I looked up and saw my cousin. I smiled at him and accepted it. He helped me getting out.

He's Xiao Bolin. For short I call him Lin. He's 26 years old. Funny, energetic and my only friend with whom I can share my thoughts with. T he only one who loves me after dad. The only one who understands me.

"How are you Yan?" he asked with a beautiful smile.

"Now I'm very good after knowing that you are here Lin" I smiled at him.

"Same but dad told me that you weren't coming. Then?" he asked while walking inside.

"Yes I wasn't coming cuz like....who comes in these bussiness party. But then dad was requested so much so I can't say no to him"

"Hmm...but I always come here because--"

"You are foodie" we laughed loudly.

"But do you know that today the CEO's son is also here. I don't know why did he bought him" I furrowed.

"Why are you saying like this? Is he not allowed to attend parties and all?"

"Umm...well leave it"

Why isn't he telling me? Like...is there a reason?

"Bolin!!" we turned to a voice.

"Aiguo!! Yo bro how are you?" Lin said while hugging him. Ming Aiguo. He's 26 years old too. Personally I don't really like him. He doesn't know how to respect people. Only hangs out with Bolin. I don't want him to see me so I left them behind and walked ahead. The two guards opened the big wooden doors for me. And instantly I got all the attention. It's a big awkward. I felt uncomfortable.

"Yan!!" Lin and Aiguo came, shouting my name.

"Yan why did you left like that?" Lin.

The big wooden doors opened and I saw the most beautiful girl in my entire life. She wore a beautiful blue gown and is looking like a princess who took all the attention. But I saw the uneasinesson her face. But soon two guys came shouting a name. Yan. I think it's her name. I wish I could talk with her, I want to know more about her. But I don't think she will even like to see me. I sighed.

"Taehyung" somebody placed his hand on my shoulder. Turned to see my dad. Is miles looking at him.

"What are you looking at?" I looked back at her but she was gone.

"Nothing dad"

"Ok then your brothers and friends are calling you. Go" I nodded and left.

Dad and mom were talking with there friends. Today the party hall is full. Lin and Aiguo. So I decided to sit.

"What would you like to order miss?" a bartender asked me.

"Hmm...I'll have....something which doesn't have alcohol"

"Sure miss"

I looked around the party hall and a figure caught my attention. He's tall and so handsome, talking with his friends I guess.

"Here's your drink miss" he placed the glass on the table.

"Hmm thanks" I looked back at him.

Who is he? Can I go closer to him? Should I asked someone about him?

"Hyy Yan" a lady approached me. It's dad's friend's wife. I know her from years.

"Hello ma'am. How are you?" I smiled.

"I'm very good enjoying the party. And what about you?" She took a seat beside me.

"I'm just getting bored so thought yo sit" I took a sip from my drink.

Hmm...yum...it's nice.

"Hmm...um..by the way did you heard about 'The Prince' ?" She asked. More like whispered.

"Um..no"

"Hmm look here. The one standing in white" She pointed to the same person whom I was admiring.

"He is the CEO's son. It's his first party. Isn't he gorgeous?"

Indeed.

"And you know what....he is known as 'The Prince' "

Oh so he's the one, Lin was asking about. But there was something he stopped himself from telling me. I will surely find out.
