The Era of a new begining

The ancient rich and prosperous kingdom of Mahishmathi is located above a great mountain . The story begins with a woman travelling through a secret passage from Mahishmati to a tribal village at the bottom of the mountain wearing rich ornaments carrying a baby and is wounded by an arrow is followed by two soldiers from the kingdom to kill them. She is the queen mother of the Mahishmati and the baby she is carrying is the real successor prince of the throne of Mahishmati, her husband's brother's (i.e. the real king's ) grand son whose father was dead. She with her brave and efficient skills as a warrior kills them and accidentally falls into a river while crossing the river and breathes her last, but before dying, she tried to save the baby by holding the baby in one hand above her head thus sacrificing her own life to protect the baby from the waterfall. She becomes completely immersed in water still protecting the baby by holding him above her head to protect him .

After few hours a group of villagers found that there was something in the river while passing near the river. The couldn't see what it was clearly because of fog. They jumped into the water and found out that it was a baby boy. The baby was rescued by local villagers and while rescuing the baby they saw that a women who was wearing a costly bracelet was holding him on her hands to protect him and was nearly dead protecting him. During her last breath she pointed her finger to the top of the mountain and then died. The villagers understood that she was asking them to carry the baby to the top of the mountain and they thought about taking him to the top of the mountain through a path they were unaware of ,but through which the women came there. But the plan of taking the baby to the top was strictly restricted by the village head's wife Sanga after seeing the dead bodies of the two soldiers who were killed by the woman. She understood that those soldiers came to kill the baby. Then she decided to protect the baby and adopted him . She threatened the villagers not to talk about that matter to anyone and ordered them to close the secret passage to the top of the mountain with huge rocks. She was a sterile women and was incapable of having children so she decided to take care of the boy like her on son. She named him Shiva. He grew up with other children in the village to be a strong, adventurous young man. But still there was something in him maybe his fate or destiny that attracted him to the waterfall and the top of the mountain. He was always curious about the waterfall and the land beyond and always asking his foster mother questions about it due to which she always feared whether Shiva would know about his origin . She restricted him from thinking about the mountain each time by telling him that there were ghosts in the top of the mountain. But still Shiva didnot leave his curiosity towards the mountain and after each time his mother scolds him for thinking about the world beyond mountain his curiosity grew and he would always try to climb the mountain.
