The new life

Hey Mia a boycalled out to her she quickly stoped reading her book to see her best friend named Solomon . She ran up to him to see if anything was wrong but turns out it was dinner time . Don’t make me have a heart attack’s like that Mia said as her heart was beating fast .She ran back grabbed her book then walked all the way to the kitchen .they were having hamburgers and soda Mia quickly jumped up as she smelled something burning . She asked if the stove was on as she smelled something burning.The others thought she was a little on the crazy side so they thought nothing of it . Mia thought it was ok since no one smelled it either so she just went to sleep . When she woke up she was in the middle of the forest . She thought to her self . Where am I . I don’t remember falling asleep reading in the woods. she had no memories except her name and age and her love to read( her favorite thing to do was read in her time off) she got up and she looked around for a while and thought of what to do next. She came up with a plan to head to a close town or something . While she walked for a good 30 minutes she found a dirt road that headed north India’s south ( she could tell cause of the moss on trees and rocks ) she saw a carriage heading down the road transporting hay and some food . She stoped the carriage and asked for the nearest town . The old man who was driving the carriage said the same direction he was going in and offered to take her . She happily accepted and climbed into the carriage. After a little small talk she finally found a little town .she asked around looking for jobs and could feel the stares of everyone because she had a weird hair color and eye color ( she had natural strawberry red hair and heterochromia she with blue and green eyes ) not to mention she was alone so she couldn’t do anything if something was to happen. She found a small waitress job at a tavern Mia was 13 or so so she could work hours 7 am to 8 pm. She worked a minimum of 13 copper pieces and 2 silver a day . She worked until she had enough money to last a while she went upstairs and gathered the things she had and went to the guild to see what quest there was she met a person in heavy armor and two large swords she teamed up with him and his companion to go explore a dungeon . She was heading out with her new companions when she noticed a little girl sleeping on the corner .she woke her up wanting to know what the girl was doing there . The girl jumped and hit her hand as a reflex. I’m so sorry she said as she was panicking . It’s fine but what are you doing here Mia asked as she handed her a piece of bread from her pouch . She said she had been kicked out of her house and said her parents called her useless .mia offered to take her with her but it was dangerous she accepted quickly as tears ran down her face . I’m so tired of being alone as the girl hugged Mia . The others just watched as Mia comforted her
