Ava is a family friend. Her father was a good man to us and his wife was like a second mother towards me. Ava after the explosion lost some memories all this was because of some stupid money that they had to pay.
"Yes, dad she is fine don't worry " I smile as I hear my dads worried voice on the other end. Our call ended fast and I am looking for Ava. I open some doors which only shows a big bathroom another guest room and then I see the big name on the door AVA. I think she might have a roommate and if she doesn't have a roommate maybe I will move here. I knock on the door but when I hear nothing I open the door slowly and I see sleeping ava.
I make my way towards the big bed and I look at her beautiful face. One minute was over and I take the blankets and cover her cold body.
TIME
PASS
"Mathew good morning " I hear a sweet voice coming from the kitchen. I look at her and I smile sweetly at her. She has this big blacktop and her hair thrown in a ponytail. She also has shorts on her.
"Morning sweety," I say as I am making my way towards the kitchen counter.
I have a question for you Ava it's not that big " I say trying to look at her.
"Of course go ahead " she smiles as she puts a cup of coffee in front of me.
"I see that you live alone...do you need a roommate?" I say.
She looks at me and smiles at me.
"Actually yes I need a roommate I had been putting everywhere information about this place but no one wants to," she says looking up and sighs the tapping of the nails on the cup stops and she looks at me one more time.
"You should be my roommate but there is going to be some rules Mr." Her smile fades away and she sits on the chair that was in front of me.
I nod to her so she can start her rules.
"number one -no inviting friends after the clock hits 1 AM.
NUMBER 2- no swearing
Number 3 - you have to pay 500 per month and I will pay my half.
Number 4 -no drugs " she says as she was counting them on her fingers.
"You remind me of my friend," I say as I am smiling at her like a stupid guy.
"What do you mean? I'm a mean?" She looks at me worried.
"Nope, you are sweet and kind just like my friend," I say with a chuckle.
"Well that's good I guess I have to go to work " she smiles at me.
"At what do you work, " I say as I sip from the hot coffee.
"I have my cafeteria. Not that far from here just a 30-minute walk" her brown eyes are on me trying to find a response in me. I nod at her and put my head down. She changed a lot. I can feel it and see it. She used to be the bubbly and funny girl that had a lot of sarcasm in her.
