Chapter 4.

When we arrived in our class, I saw Alex sitting in his window side of the class. That's his spot he always sits there even when teacher asked everyone to change sit he never does probably because he like that spot. My and Shaun sit are next to each other which also closer to Alex cause he was in windows row and I was in the middle row but our bench are in the same line.

He came first and sitting and that girl what her name was I forget but I heard the rumour about them. It was a hot topic of the previous week in the school everyone was talking about them but now they don't give a dam I know because Alex handled all of this for his lover. Probably Jennie was her name as far as I remember. He and she came together. Oh!! God what I thinking now. It's obvious that they have so he is here now and she is there. I don't know why but seeing Alex get friendly with everyone but except me give a bad vibe. He doesn't care I think about me. From our childhood we have studied in the same school to high school then now in college but we have never talked. That's really odd. I don't know why but I hate him now the most I don't want to think about him. I put my bag on my desk. He head was on the desk I think he was sleepy by hearing my bag sound on the desk he put his head up from the desk to look. He was beautiful even in his tired face a glow is always present in his face. He look at me this time with questions in his face. I don't know what his face was asking cause I don't know to read face. In the Meantime, Shaun said, "Look we are on time. You worry to much." I look at Shaun and replied,"Probably I was." He said,"Do you have any plans latter?" I replied "I don't have but I have to asked Niki if she have any." His replied immediately, "I am not asking about her are you available for latter I have something to tell you." I was quite surprised when Shaun asked me only because we three always do together but now he wants to talk to me only probably something important I smiled and does smiled too. Then the bell goes and professor arrived with some paper.

We wished him then sat down I peek quickly at Alex before sitting down he did not stood up for wishing the professor he always does though so I am not surprised but today was the first he shouldn't be doing it. Whatever leave it as it hasn't to do nothing with me. The professor, " My dear fellow students, I would like to give you project as the very first beginning of your class." He said project oh! good again I have to do everything since I know Shaun isn't good at doing project so I huff, the professor keep going, "It is not a hard one but a very easy one you all will it I am giving a group project you guys will get 1 year to finished this assignment or project whatever you wishes to call it. In this year you will have to do every assignment of any subject with fellow classmates whomever you will get and will not going to do alone but only with that one whom you get." I was happy untill hold on did he say whomever oh !! God please no is he not giving us to choose. He again said, " I have arranged a slips for you guys came here and take one, whomever name comes you have to sit with him and do it for a year. Only boys are allowed to come here and take one of the slips where a girl name was written. Hurry up." I look back at Shaun and said " Shaun please take mine" he replied with a smile, " Don't worry I am only getting you." He went then. I again peek at Alex he was looking Cherry. Well Cherry is a cheerleader and a new transfer student she is good in all aspects. But why he is looking at her probably he want her to be in his team for this assignment. He wasn't standing unless Professor said, " Mr. Alex , will you mind to come here." His tone has a descent quite beautiful ascent , " Probably yess but since you insist I am coming." While he was standing he looked at me and get up and went to the podium. Professor handed every boy a slip. He said, " Well, now I have given you the slips, you can open it and look and then you have to say it out aloud then you all have to exchange your seats." I was praying. I was looking at Shaun he was smiling at me, then when he opened his slip his smile a little bit fade. It was obvious he wasn't happy that gave me goosebumps. I look at each boy they all are happy, I look at Alex too he was normal no reaction at all. The professor said ,"Read out for your partners." Everyone started saying there partner name , now only two boys left it was Shaun and Alex and from girl side my name and Cherry name was left. I was praying when Shaun said, " Cherry is my partner." I was shocked and quite distress when Alex showed the paper to professor and loudly in taunt voice said " Amber."
