Chapter one

The breeze from the AC touched the warmth of my skin as I lay down on the couch with a bottle, hardly awake.

The night before was my bachelors party and the guys and I rampaged the place with alcohol and girls.

"Bang Bang!!"

A knock at the door but I was so tired I couldn't get up,the knock got louder and louder but every time falling back asleep.

Suddenly my phone rang and just as I was about to pick it up, my friend who looking fatigue opened the door and immediately heard a loud shout from Salimu.

"Benjamin!...What the heck bruv!"

Salimu was in shock that every one in the house was not ready as we were running behind time, every one was a mess.

"Guys come on, no please... Ben you have less than 15 min and you have to be on the alter but look at you, a total mess bro!"

I immediately snapped out upon hearing that less than 15 min were left

"Oh snap! its my wedding day." I said almost bursting to tears.

" I haven't bought the rings yet bro aughman!"

My mind left me at that point but Salimu quickly hauled me to the shower to get me ready and asked Evans to go quickly and buy the rings.

        5 minutes on the clock till my wedding and I wasn't ready,I was done showering but burnt my jacket when pressing .

I got really frustrated and started breaking bottles of alcohol that were in the room and only to be mocked by Musonda who still had a hang over and was laying almost lifeless when Salimu had walked in.

I asked him if he couldn't see that I was running out of time and I needed a miracle helper and while making a mock out of the situation he said, "ell you're a mess bro," and continued,"Just wear my jacket, its fine I'll find something to wear don't worry."

At that point I felt relieved and immediately and quickly put on the jacket and started rushing for the door when Evans opened it and bumped into each other making the rings fall off of his hands,I quickly picked them up and put them in my pocket and made a run downstairs to the car where Salimu was waiting for me and the guys.

We quickly drove leaving Musonda behind to the church where everyone now grew inpatient and tired of waiting for the ceremony to begin.

Queen B who being the bride became worried sick and lost for hope punting up and down in tears and almost ready to curse my name and regret her choice when she was told I wasn't there.

A car skid outside, It was me and the boys and before the car could stop moving I hoped out just like in movies and run towards the church and slammed open the door running down the aisle to the alter and all eyes where on me and people felt relieved except my father who looked at me in disgust.

One told the bride that I was finally in the church and she got mad happy that I was come.

Her father walked her slowly down the aisle to the front in tears and I looked at her, she was the most beautiful thing I had ever set eyes on, looked almost like an angel,despite  her face being covered by a veil.

As they reached close I stepped forward to receive her from her fathers hands and an electrical impulse passed through my body,I felt so happy and good that she was finally almost mine.

I unveiled her and beheld her beauty, her eyes sparkled and her face was the most beautiful thing I had ever set eyes on, her lips looked so big and juicy,I couldn't believe it, the love of my life was finally to be mine forever

smack!!

She slapped me making my eyes water.

'What is that for?" I asked.

"That's for not picking up my calls and being late, you got me so worried idiot."

"I am very sorry," I said touching my cheek as it hurt from the slap.

"Its ok honey, I am glad you here."

The ceremony started and was time for the vows I said mine and she told me hers of which I heard no single word as I was lost in her beautiful sparkling eyes.

         The priest finally pronounced us as husband and wife and I gave her a very long juicy kiss which took so long that my friends kept on calling out to stop us but it never stopped me,my friends started pulling me away from her and the priest stood in shock.

The wedding was now over and I took my new wife to our new home which I had recently bought and despite being tired ,I carried her from the entrance of the door all the way upstairs to our bedroom.

As I opened the door I looked at her as she fell asleep in my arms and I gently put her on the bed and covered her, giving her a big kiss on the forehead.

The next day I felt a gentle nag ,it was my wife waking me up,she had already toured her new house and made a few adjustments which I appreciated.

I looked at her with so much love and joy and thanked God as I felt like the most lucky man ever to have her.

I got close to her why flirting and gave her a nice soft kiss, her kiss was tastier than honey and she smelled better than the best fragrance my nose had ever come across. Her hair was naturally long and smooth as the lamp gave a red gleam to it, I slid my hand down her face as I caressed her making her heart beat wildly. I got her up as she locked her legs around my waist and as soon as I started going up stairs with her the phone rang and we looked at each other and both giggled.

On the phone was my sister who lived in Australia and was not invited to my wedding so she was mad upset,she shouted at me through out and could not hear any thing from me till I finally got a chance and told her I had assigned my parents and my friends to do the invitations and I was assured by my parents that they'd invite her and was told not to worry but they just couldn't get a hold of her.

After telling her all that she finally understood and finally congratulated me and asked me to be nice to my wife and that she wanted to see her,we talked for a while and finally ended the call.

No sooner had I hang up the call than the door bell rang,my wife who I called to check it out had gone upstairs so I had to go check it my self. I got to the door and opened it and saw my brother standing there with his luggage.
