"Odette!!! come here this instant!"

"Yes mam" . A middle aged woman in maids attire comes before her mistress madame Olivia Belmonte, the wife to business tycoon Marthial Belmonte who owns various businesses in the entire Europe.

"Madame, you called for me?" asked Odette in a shaky voice.

"Ofcourse I did. Is everything ready for my daughter's arrival? As in is her room prepared?"

"Yes madame, only the changing of the sheets is left"

"c'mon hurry up now and do that quickly. I need everything to be perfect for tonight's welcome party".

"Yes madame".

With a satisfied smirk, madame Olivia relaxes on the balcony while sipping her tea. It had been two years since she last saw her daughter Patricia, since Patricia went for her studies in England. Even though madame Olivia was to welcome both her daughters that particular evening, she really did not care about her other daughter or should she say "step daughter" Malea, who had gone for her studies in France three years back. Madame Olivia hated Malea to the core, even though she would never admit such to Marthial, as Marthial adored the daughter that he had with his beloved late wife, who died when Malea was only two years old. If it were up to Olivia, Malea should have died in that car accident along side her mother. Her hatred for Malea only grew over the years, as Malea was more smart and intelligent than Patricia, and Olivia always feared that Malea might one day inherit all the Belmonte fortune, which she would never allow. With this in mind, Madame Olivia promised to make Malea's life a living hell.

An hour later...

"Madame, the young miss Malea just called the house, she says her plane just landed and she needs a driver to come pick her up" said Odette

with an irritated look, Olivia replied "Tell José to prepare the car to pick up my precious Patricia from the airport"

"But madame, what about miss Mal..."

"Did i ask you to question my order you stupid maid?? Do as you are told!"

"Yes madame" Odette replies with a sulky look.

...(At the airport)

'Where on earth is the driver? I am pretty sure i called the house requesting that a driver come pick me up'.

With eyes glued to her phone, Malea checks her time and it reads 18:15. Not looking where she is going to, she accidentally bumps into someone and as a result stumbles to the ground.

"What the!" with furious eyes she says, "Can't you watch where you are going?"

Upon raising her head up, she is met with the most gorgeous black eyes she has ever seen. 'Do people this handsome really exist? snap out of it Malea Belmonte' she screams at herself inwardly.

"It was you who did not pay attention when walking, so donot put the blame on me miss"

'Oh Jeez his voice is so masculine, wait what am i even thinking?' "Sorry for the disturbance" she says as she hurries away from the scene before he sees how red she turned from blushing.

She then dials her friend Vicky to come pick her up, as it was clear that no one would come.

She should have expected this, as her step mother would never change.

Samuel Lim, the only son to the Lim family and the most successful CEO in the entire Europe just arrived from Asia for a business trip and the first thing that he encounters is a non attentive girl who had her eyes glued to her cell phone that bumps right into him. And the annoying woman even had the audacity to blame him! The nerve! "Welcome back sir, do you need me to cancel tonight's event at the Belmonte's?"asks his secretary Liam.

"That won't be necessary, confirm my presence"

"Yes sir".
