Chapter 1- where did it go wrong

I grew up having everything I wanted, I lived in a luxurious life, I slept in a comfy bed, I drove an expensive car, I wear branded clothes, and I ate fancy meal.

My father was a CEO of one of the biggest company in the country, he started from nothing but ended up being successful.

Everything seems fine not until my mother starts coughing blood, she always feel unwell and no appetite. Dad brought him to the doctor, and then we found out that she has a serious pneumonia.

Mom needs urgent medication to recover, so Dad did everything, he calls for the best doctor abroad and he always accompany my Mom.

After staying in the hospital, we thought that mom is starting to feel better but one day the doctors brought my mother to the ICU, my father keeps walking back and forth, after a while the doctor walked out from the ICU, my father hurriedly asked the doctor if my mother was fine but the doctor's answer made my dad burst in tears...my mother passed away. The doctor said that mom should've died a month ago but she fought her disease and lived for a month longer.

My dad was so depressed, he was always drunk, he keeps yelling in the middle of the night, saying how he loves my Mom and why did my mother left him... I thought that was temporary, I thought he'll forgot about mom's d*ath and moved on, but it wasn't actually easy for him... He is no longer as he used to be, he started to ignore his business, he locked himself in a his room and began to skipped meals.

I never saw him smile again.

The company was in trouble, since the position of the CEO is temporary available, those who oppose my father started to take advantage of the situation. As the oldest son and only heir of the company, I was suited to hold the business. I was eighteen that time but despite of my age, I'm still young to take the burden, all I know was to spend and to have fun, so I entrusted the company to my uncle, my father's older brother, he was my closest relative so he was fit for being temporary entitled as the CEO.

He was kind and trustworthy, he treated me like his own child. He was there everytime my father neglects me, and then I thought I had a family again.

I'm not really good at writing a novel with many chapters, whenever I write a novel chapter by chapter, I had a hard time where to start a new chapter or where to end the chapter, so I prefer one shots cuz it's easy, but good thing I manage to finish this one❤️❤️ looking forward for my new works haha...
