Chapter 1. "Great" day to start school!

...I love the mornings. It is always the start of my day!..... I wish....

The ringing and buzzing sound in unison, made me wake up. I turn my head to the right as I grab my phone along with my sleepy-eyed face to see the time, *pressed snooze.

...Then, continue to sleep as suddenly my sister banged my door making a pitying voice....

" Can you help me, sis?", she asked. Being her *kind sister I replied with my half-awake self "You, can do it. I am still sleeping", in a sleepy tone (without knowing what she was requesting).

...As I peacefully grab my blanket to my chin to warm-up my entire body from the air conditioning....

Couple of minutes*

I couldn't sleep..... I could see in my (closed) eyes a dark shadow just standing in front of me. My heart is beating fast....

At this point, I already planned my attack.

So as I was about to rise. I used my skinny right leg as a sword, and started swinging to where the shadow could possibly be at and grabbed my pillow as my (soft) shield. I opened my eyes and my sister was just standing there.

"She actually dodge my attacks. I'm quite surprise, how did she managed to dodge those? She has good reflexes after all."

Dead look serious* she said in a straight voice "I'm late". I'm late? I replied. What could that possibly be? I couldn't process my brain as I stayed up all night cleaning the house and organizing my things. I suddenly noticed her adme(adme a brand of watch) watch showing it is already 6:45 a.m.

Oh my God! You're late. I grab my phone and look at the time, it really is 6:45 a.m. I hurriedly get out of my bed and rush to the kitchen to prepare breakfast. My sister followed in a slow and calm pace. Get changed, you're going to be late! I said in a Rushing voice". "Im going". she replied, as she was heading to the door.

Huh? as I looked at her again and too my surprised.Again, she was already dressed and ready for her first day of High School. *Typical of my sister but still can't believe it.

Your breakfast I yelled. " I already ate, YOU get ready, its your first day as my senior at school! and also I prepared you breakfast. It's in the table. "Bye" as she left for school excitedly.

^^^"Hey Karim Aurora Early S. Avila" I shouted^^^

..." Be careful, the world is a dangerous place!" "Love you!"...

My sister really looked-up to our mother's middle name "Early". Why didn't I inherit that from mom? *pouting face.

But my head still can't process it. Why did said say I'm late, she is is even well prepared? It doesn't make sense.

As I look at the clock, it is currently 6:50 a.m. I still have time of I ran to school! *my guess will only take 6 minutes to get there, better take my time.

Luckily, it is only a mile away from here.
