Chapter-1

My name is Rin Li, and I am 23 years old. I am living in a small but simple and fresh apartment for a small rent.I like painting,I used to paint whenever I don't feel like myself.I have a part time job at the convenience store down my apartment for more income.

"I'm out of paints already," I sigh, dressing up to buy more paints across the street. I lock my door and head towards the stair when some people cross me with large furnitures, "Is someone moving?" I ask the landlord, "Yes, it's your new neighbour, they are moving today," The landlord smiled, I head outside and walk towards the store, "Do you have any paints?" "Sorry, we are out of paints." I sigh and went to the supermarket, there were a bunch of people I was a little curious so I went ahead to the front of the stage, suddenly, "Miss, you with a beautiful long hair, please come over the stage," the man with the mic point at me, "wha- me?" I was startled."Yes you," he repeat, I don't know what to do so I just went up the stage where 5 more people weree standing at, "Let's give her a big hand," the crew were clapping their hands loudly. Then, the host positioned me near one guy, they seemed to stand as partners, the guy I am standing with is really tall, he doesn't seem to be a talker himself, he wears a black hoodie and jeans with a backpack, he seems to be held back too, "I just wanted to buy paint, how did i get here? ╥﹏╥ " he turn around and look at me with a questioning face while I was staring at him, I immediately turn around with a hot red on my face, then the host announce, "Now, I want each of you to hold your hands tightly," "WHAT?!!?" I sream inside my head, "What do I do, why do I have to hold hands with the guy I don't even know....." "This is a competition where each of the contestants have to complete the tasks we prepared, the first partner to complete the tasks won the game with a big prize." The host explain to us, "But........." he pause, "You must not let go of each other's hand or you lose." "Where the hell am I dragging into?

" Hey, hold my hand tightly," he said, grabbing my hand, for a brief moment my heart was beating like anything, I was so scared he would hear. He then drag me to the starting line, all of the participants were already starting the round, "Now, you must not let go of your hands and finish the tasks, and you have to fill up this thing," one of the worker explain to me and hand me a postcard with a map of the place, we start walking along the streets with the map.
