Chapter 1 - Where am I?!

It was a Sunday afternoon, xiao shu was hanging out with her sister xiao Mei. They were very close sisters and did everything together. Later when she was walking home, xiao shu found a straight box in a store. She decided to open and to her surprise, it was a shiny golden flower!

Xiao shu picked it up as said, “Wow look! That’s a really pretty flower!” Her sister was also shocked by it. “You’re right! Should we buy it?” asked xiao Mei. Xiao shu instantly replies with, “Of course!! It’s so pretty!” After the left the store with their item, they went home.

- time skip -

It was 7 pm and she just had dinner. Xiao shu was curious by the flower so she decided to investigate it. When she took the flower out of the box, the flower’s peddles began to swarm around her. She thought, “What is this?! What’s happening to me?! Sister help!!” Crying out loud was no use, no one could hear her at all. She was being pulled through a blue portal, and she ended up in a forest. “What?!? Where am I? What is this place?” She wondered around and everything so far was normal, until she saw what seemed like an army of soldiers on the plains. There was one man on a horse with bow and arrows. He seemed like the commander or leader of them. Xiao shu carefully crept around the bushes near them and hear them discussing about stuff.

The “leader” said, “Alright, we’ll split up into groups of 5 for each hunt. Whoever brings back the most prey will get a reward from his majesty.” Everyone started cheering after he said that. He seemed somewhat like a prince commanding them. After everyone left into groups except him, xiao shu decided to run for it. But when she moved, she accidentally made a sound which made him look around. He came closer to where she was hiding and saw her clothing. He instantly yelled, “Who’s there? Show yourself!” I flinched when I heard that, and decided to crawl out of the bushes. The man said, “Who are you and what are you doing here?” Xiao shu was twitching and shaking, but she said, “H-hi. I’m sorry to spy on you but I got lost in the forest and I accidentally cut my leg, I hoped you can help me...” He was still suspicious after what she said. Finally, he sigh and said, “Okay fine, just this once and you’re leaving afterwards. Come back to the palace with me and I’ll get the imperial doctor to treat your wound.” As he was carrying her back to the horse, he noticed something on the back of her neck. It seemed like a emblem of some sort. He didn’t think much of it, and just carried her back onto his horse.

- sometime later when they arrived at the palace -

“Alright, here we are at the palace.” He said. “Thank you so much, I’ll definitely repay your kindness one day, sir.” She said, as he carried her to a room and waited for the doctor.

- 30 mins later -

*knock knock*

The man got up and opened the door to see the imperial doctor standing there with his white suit and a bag of medical items with him. The doctor saw you and smiled with warmth. He walked over and greeted you, “Hello, you must be the girl that Prince Han fuang resuced in the woods.” “Yes, I am. My name is Xiao Shu. Nice to meet you and thank you!” said Xiao Shu.

“Your wounds seems fine but the cut on your leg needs a couple days to heal up before you can do any exercises. Please stay here and let Prince Han fang take care of you before you leave.” She thanked the doctor. When he was about to leave, he whispered something to Prince Han fang. He nodded and thanked him when he left.

“So uhm...”
