I was drifting in a lake like space. then suddenly

I was unconscious when I felt my vision opened. I found my consciousness in a temple ruin. But I was surprised when I felt my body suddenly got up on its own. I can't control my body.

She said as I felt hot beads of water filled with anger rolled down "my" cheeks. It was like I was watching her life through her eyes.

"The gods and goddesses succeeded in their plan to subjugating some of my children and restraining my power. I was demoted from god to a lowly slave on my sister Athena's temple. I was tortured and maltreated. But I thought the pain of losing my children were much more painful than what they had done to me." the landscape changes into a temple with a woman being whipped by a beautiful woman, but her beauty is far inferior compared to the woman who is being maltreated.

" Until. Poseidon the god of waves and ocean, was captivated by my beauty. Poseidon asked me to be one with him and be his wife." The scene again changed into a woman being asked by a muscular handsome man. holding a fork-like a weapon.

"I refused. I know that my sister Athena was deeply in love with him. But I was just merely a slave back then. I was forced and got raped by Poseidon." Her body trembled in fear as she spoke traumatically.

"What's worse is that my sister caught me being raped. she was furious. Poseidon easily escaped in the Ocean as I was left *****. My sister slapped me and cursed me. on that day, My beautiful hair fell and was replaced with snakes that have no will. My golden eyes turned green as they were also cursed to turn those whoever was captivated or feared by my appearance will turn to stone. I was sent into this ruin and was eventually killed by Zeus's trained hero, Hercules. Even in my death, my head was used to strike fear on every creature in this world." She narrated with a dejected tone.

"My last will in my death is to be unified with my children, be one with them again and take my revenge. The last thing that I discovered in my death is that I was unified with my child at the time when I was cursed. they were the snakes that have imbued in the head but they lost their sense." She informed me with sadness on her tone

"I beg you please, awaken them and I will give you the power that you want. Avenge the death of my children and recover their sense for me. Please You take good care of them on my place." she pleaded in pain with determination on her tone.

"In my death, I used all my power to create this system and to isolate all of my child's and to resurrect them. I only managed to awaken only one of my child. Please use it well. I bless your journey young lady" She told with desperation on her voice

I felt my consciousness being pulled back to my body. And then suddenly I gasped for air. like a miracle, the pain I felt in my body was gone. I felt refreshed and more alive again.

"Are you okay now human" I heard a voice from my left side. A voice of a teenage girl.

I turned my gaze on that direction to see who was speaking but I saw no one.

"Who are you? Show yourself" I asked with fear on my tone. I must be cautious. I don't want to be killed when I just got revived.

"hahaha, Silly human. I'm Galeru the firstborn and the serpent of medicine and life. If you're asking where am I, always remember I'm always attached on your head, literally" I touched my head and felt a smooth and scale-like texture on my head. When I tried to pull it, the smooth Serpent like texture reacted.

"Ouch! Hey, are you trying to kill me?" Galeru reacted to my pull

"oh Sorry... but may I ask Why Are you attached in my head," I asked curiously as I don't want to catch others attention when I walk on the town with a serpent on my head.

" Why did my goddess chose a human that is as stupid as you" He sighed in disappointment.

"Hey what's with that disappointed attitude? I was just asking a casual question." I told him with gry tone.

"well shut your mouth up and I'll explain everything to you, stupid human"

"My goddess transferred her ownership of the title "Mother of all Serpents" to you. she can't completely remove Athena's curse as almost 75% of her power was taken away. Simply speaking together with the ownership, Some of the goddesses curses also transferred. but worry not, it's just some minor details. I sighed in relief when he told me that I can conceal his identity. I don't dislike his identity, it's just that I don't want to attract attention. Besides, I was thankful that he saved my life and revived me.
