Principal that smells like cheese and supportive friends

"What was that about", principal Heathers asked, leaning his meaty paws against the wooden table. His look was stern, but also amusing.

"He got what he deserved", Avani mumbled, trying to ignore the man's heavy and cheesy breathing that brushed the air in front of her.

"Punching a boy's face wasn't a great idea", he growled, his greasy comb-over hanging around. "I don't know what am I supposed to say. This was new from you, so I let you off easily. Detention tomorrow at 4 p.m, don't be late or you'll sit there extra hour", he slammed his hands on the table.

"Aye aye capatin", Avani stood up, walking away. As she stepped out, she was being capture by two girls.

"Jesus Christ, Avani! Did you really hit him", Lucy screamed.

"Yeah, how do you know about it?"

"The video is blowing in instagram", Lucy stated, Ashley nodding next to her, "I can't believe you'd hit someone. But he deserved it!"

Avani laughed. She started to walk towards the maths class, knowing that people would stare.

"I hope you are coming to today's party", Ashley hummed, taking a hold of Avani's hand. "Sure, why not", Avani nodded.

"Great", Ashley giggled, wiggling her shoulders as the walked. Soon, they had to walk different ways. They all had different classes. Avani knocked on the door and the evil looking teached opened the door. "Late. Sit down, now."

As she walked, everybody stared.

"Hey Avani, maybe you should join boxing club", some of the guys shouted, and after that the classroom was filled with laughter. "Yeah, maybe", Avani agreed.

This isn't so bad, is it? Punching Matt gave her popularity? Well heck yeah, then I will beat him up everyday! Just kidding.

She took her seat, opening her math book. Then she took out the notebook, starting to write down the calculatings. She was pretty good at maths, so she kinda enjoyed the maths class.

After 45 minutes, the bell chimed in the air. She waited patiently, that the other students were gone. She hated to walk in such a mass of pupils who wanted to get away from this class. You know, maths ain't a popular subject in this school. It's like a disease that everyone runs away from. She finally packed her stuff and left the classroom.

As she walked to the cafeteria where she was supposed to meet Ashely and Lucy, her eyes wandered on Matt. He was sitting on his usual spot around the biggest table. There was pretty girls and hot guys and no one else could join their holy table.

Seeing him with a bandage around his face made her feel so much better. She cocked her brow, staring straight to his soul. She knew she was being too brave, because if she had to fight, Matt would win. Seriously, he is 6'3 feet tall guy with only muscle around his body. The strike of today was just a luck.

He stared right back, standing up. He whispered something to his closest friends, and they all turned to look at her. The four guys stood up, walking towards her.
