When Langston got home he immediately went to the room that he had been keeping Chuxi.As soon as he opened the door he felt cold air wash over him.Just as he had instructed the AC in the room was always blowing out cold air. This was one of the many ways he had tortured Chuxi.

"Still kicking I see" Langston said as he looked at the woman laying on the bed. She was no longer as she was her once big bright eyes had turned dull and lifeless.Her skin was pale and rough and what was left of her flesh was sticking to the bone she looked like a living skeleton.

Even though he knew that the woman would never reply he just wanted to hear her protest like before that was what he liked about her.

Langston took out his phone and made a call to his right hand man to come and collect Chuxi as he didn't want her to be around when his girlfriend arrived.

Soon Chu Yan Langston's right hand man and assistant came with a few of his trusted men to help move Chuxi to a more secure location.

Although she didn't put a fight while been manhandled by them it was only later in the afternoon that they finally managed to get her in the back of the van.

Lily the maid who had been taking care of Chuxi looked down from the balcony to see as Chuxi was put in the back of the van. She cursed at herself because she had been too weak to help Chuxi all this time and now they were taking her to God knows where.

Langston called Chu Yan to his office to discuss about the business deal that they had been working on his face was devoid of any emotion his eyes cold as he asked "Is it going to be possible to aquire that piece of land "

At this moment Chu Yan decided to bite the bullet and give an answer that even he was not sure of "Yes sir I have deployed some men to keep an eye on the bid of other companies to ensure that the project is a success."

When Langston heard the answer his face turned darker and he asked " Is Gu Ting Bai also bidding on that land".

"Yes sir he is."Chu Yan kept his head down because no matter how he looked at it he knew that Mr Bai was going to win the land.Mr Bai had always been formidable he always got what he wanted and even Langston was afraid of him.

"You still haven't found anything about the person behind him "

"No sir everytime the hackers think they found something their computers are attacked by viruses. Also we have tried following him but he only goes from his office to his house, there are no other from him.Those who have been watching his house say that there is no one who has entered his house."

After the short meeting with his boss Chu Yan and his team made their way to the safe house. It had been awhile since they had been on the road before he realized that there was a car following behind them discreetly.

"We are been followed make sure you lose them".Chu Yan said to the driver.

"Yes boss" just as the driver replied another truck came out of nowhere and hit their van head on . The scene turned chaotic as the truck continued to push the van off the bridge.

Chu Yan and some of his team managed to jump off the van.The only ones left in the van was Chuxi who was in the back and the driver because his legs got stuck.

Just as the van had only 3 wheels left the back door opened and Chuxi fell into the water.Soon after the van also followed and fell into the river.

In a totally different country a majestic mansion stood on top of a hill it looked very peaceful but tonight it was everything but peaceful.

The smell of blood, gunpowder and death filled the air. Shouts and screams blended well with the sound of gunshots. Smoke rose in the night sky like a blanket obscuring the moon and the stars.

On the other side was a young lady wearing a black outfit her face was covered in blood whether it was hers or the enemies was unknown.Although she was surrounded by both dead and alive enemies her face was detached and expressionless.

She moved to higher ground up the stairs of the mansion she had been staying in. From there she could see that the enemy had succeeded in annihilating all of her close team members.

As she turned she saw her most trusted man the one she had even appointed as her right hand man getting out of a van with the leader of the enemy group. Just as she was about to move the man turned and looked up and their eyes meet his face had an evil smirk and murderous eyes on it while hers was blank.

One of the enemy man called to their boss" boss we found her "as they dragged her over. She had already sustained a bullet wound on the shoulder and leg .As they put her down Infront of the man she knew very well .This man was one of her brother's most dangerous enemy. The man smirked before he ordered his man to finish her off. Bullets riddled her body as scarlett blood splattered all over her body fell.

As she fell she looked at the man she had one trusted with her life and smiled as she remembers her bother once say "Don't ever trust anyone it's one man one mission. Everyone is an enemy".

"I forgot brother" she said as she took her last breath and the house she was in exploded.
