CH 4- THE TELLERS TELL ME I AM LIKE EDWARD CULLEN FROM TWILIGHT

'Welcome to MMH!' The bellhops greeted us. The whole place was absolutely stunning. White marbles covered the floor ,cream colored walls with beautiful scenic pictures, red couches waiting for people to jump in them and relax. 'If this place is near my house how come I have never seen it? I come to this area frequently' I asked . 'It is hidden from normal mortal eye, humans who have been here once will see it even after they have left .' Mathew said enjoying my awe. 'The person who made this must have money to burn' I said amazed. 'Come on ! we don't have time to lolly gag ! follow me' He said to me. I followed him but couldn't stop looking amazed, the place really was beautiful!

We went through many doors but the last one was a purple curtain . It was unlike the color combination, they seemed to hols power and secrets in them. We entered the room. A lady sitting there had grey hair (which meant she was old) . 'Oh, a newcomer today!, said the lady smiling . 'Go in she is available' She said so i prompted for Mathew to go in first . 'You have to go in alone , that's how they like it ' he said and nudged me forward . I went towards the the door and entered to see a young lady sitting on the table  even though there were chairs there. The place was not like I expected it to be. It had cream walls  and posters hanging on them , few bookshelves kept in the corner, Two laptops on the table and TV was there. She was wearing a green and white shirt  with "Ben 10" written on it and blue jeans , she had black hair done in a messy bun. 'Hi I am Gory come sit' she said to me .

'So what is your name?' Gory asked me taking out an ancient book which seemed to be never ending. 'My name is Jessica Morgan' I said  and she opened the book to the heading "J" . She kept on reading and the "J" section did not end at all. After eleven minutes or so the section ended and  muttered ' Strange very strange' , 'what is?' I asked but she did not answer me . 'Could it be..' she said looking at me. She opened to the middle of the book which was blank. Before that page in gold was written "ANGELS" and after that bank page was Written "DEVILS' but the weird thing was between those two pages on the blank page was only one name written and it was..."JESSICA MORGAN" . 'OK Jessica Morgan your powers are mind reading ' Gory told me and I left the room.

'So how was it?' Mathew  asked me. 'She said that I can read minds; I said. 'Wow that's so cool' he said . 'So I am like Edward Cullen or something?' I questioned . 'Yeah mostly I think but you are not a vampire , not that I know of and your skin dies not sparkle' Mathew chuckled . I sighed still transmitting  what the heck was going on . 'You should stay for dinner ' Mathew urged me.'No thanks I need to get home' I waved at him and ran. I  could hear him calling me to take a taxi but I ignored him and kept on running.

When I reached my home , my limbs felt like they were on fire. I went straight to my room to see my sandwich plate completely empty obviously eaten by Jennie. I locked my door and looked at the clock- 6:30. Good, I had thirty minutes before mom came back. I did what any sane person would do - I had a massive meltdown. I mean it , the screaming and everything. When i was done I felt so good. My mom cane at 7:10  so we quickly had a small dinner of meat loaves as mom asked us about our day at school . Jennie was excited about a field trip or something . When mom asked me how was my day I lied it was good.

As I completed my homework my head was spinning . I rushed brushing my hair and teeth and quickly jumped into bed to sleep. I dreamed about cats turning into flies and they were dancing . I woke to a familiar voice 'You really are good in running away ' I sat up to see Mathew in my room.
