Hi, I’m lily. I know I’m just a normal girl.. well kinda. I’m cool stylish I always know the new looks and trends. I’m an artist and I make clothing. Everyone on social media sees me as this nice lgbtq+, women’s rights, creative chic. What they don’t see is that I don’t actually have many friends at all. Actually I’m confident on the outside but I really wanna... well all I want to do is read manga. I’ve had an obsession ever since middle school. All I think about is manga even when I’m working nothing can keep me from manga. I’m obsessed. People have always assumed that I’ve dated like so many guys. How can I possibly when the best ones are in my favorite mangas. I especially like time travel ones with hot lords and princes. I can literally go on forever...

I’ve been on a lot of chat sites recently to find someone who understands my deep obsession. One day I got an email from an anonymous person. I opened it and I looked kinda like a creepy chat site there was only me and like 4 other people in it. The one who invited me started to type. “ Hello I and welcome to another manga obsession meeting. Today we have a new guest! Everyone say hi!” Everyone typed a quick hi. Was this chat really a place where their could be others who understood my obsession? But then I realized ... how.. how do they know I’m obsessed with anime this was just a random email. It seemed sketchy but if their were really people out their who understood I should wait and see what they say.

They didn’t type anything and then the main leader said we should meat up for a vacation of manga reading and brunch at a cafe. I was pleasantly surprised. They all said yes and I said yes to. The leader invited us to brunch then a big sleepover at their house. I asked for their number just in case there was no way i was going to hang out and have a sleepover with a bunch of sketchy stranger. The leaders name ended up being Sara and she was really nice! I got so exited for this trip finally I can have some nice me time with some pals!

I went and met up with them at the shop the rest of them were girls too and seemed to be nice enough. After brunch we decided to go to Sara’s house. On the way Sara insisted we stop by a park. We agreed and hung around for a while and chatted. I was so happy. It started to get dark so I asked, “ should we go back it’s getting late.” They all stared at me. Sh!t was I gonna die here? They told me to grab whatever I packed and try to trip on a large greenish rock. What? Before I could even ask why, I was flying head over heals on this rock. I couldn’t believe I actually tripped for real!

I woke up the next morning with a pounding headache. Wtf happened.. I was passed out in the park. Did I hit my head and they just left me there. What the heck was that last night? I looked around and decided I should head back to where I remember the cafe being. I kept walking that direction. Finally I made it there! But the cafe was gone. The whole street looked different actually. I looked around saw people dressed in old fashioned clothes they were all giving me dirty looks. Did they have like a cultural festival or something. Then it hit me! I traveled through time! How could I not notice sooner with all the mangas I read. What do I do now? Then I hear, “ everyone back up the King’s son is here, prince aki is coming through.”

I looked over and our eyes met. Holy sh?t this guy is hot as fu?!. Oh! He must be my lead love interest. I walked up to him and said, “ hi do you wanna go on a date?” What did I just say? I guess it was a reflex seeing such a hot guy I lost my cool. What if I get in trouble. Will he like kill me or something? He looked at me a and giggled. He asked, “ why are you dressed like that?” What should I even say back to that??? Should I lie should I say I’m like a god or something should I tell him I’m from the 21st century?
