"Hey let's forget about our moms so why don't we go to umm our favorite dessert shop" I told Jake.

"You really love that place don't you?" Jake asked with a relaxed smile.

"What? Don't you like desserts anymore? " I asked Jack.

"We...ll I...i can't say I hate them it's just that you're more of a sweet tooth than I am" Jake said.

"Oh haha right" I said nervously

*Akward silence*

A girl runs up to Jake and jumps on him. "Hiii Jake oh my gosh oh how I've missed you" she said.

I turned to look at the girl and turns out it was Tania.

"oh hah is that right?" Jack said nervously.

"Hey give the guy a break" someone said fr behind.

I turned to look and it was Isaac.

"I...I...saac" I muttered

He walked past me his shoulder almost brushing past my cheek.He then stopped and said "Hi Chloe". "H...hi" I muttered back. "Oh my gosh you have no idea how much I've missed you" Tania said. "But we haven't been apart for a while" Jake said trying to move away from Tania. "But it's been like like forever since I've seen you" Chloe said as she slowly let go of him. "So how have you been Isaac? " I asked to break the awkwardness. "The usual studying, taking care of Tania" Isaac said in differently. "Here's an idea why don't we eat out? "Tania suggested. "Sure" Jake agreed. I stared at Jake part of me shocked and the other confused weren't we supposed to go to our favourite dessert shop? I guess Isaac noticed me because he talked to me and said "Look I know Tania can be bossy or persuasive but you have to understand her you only have to try and cope with it is that ok?" "Umm sure. I guess I can deal with it" I answered Isaac with a smile.

*At the restaurant *

"What do you want to eat? " Tania asked Jake. "Anything is fine for me" Jake simply answered. "Nothing in the menu looks interesting in this menu" I said as I slowly sank on my chair. "You can try their rice and beefs stew it's really nice" Isaac suggested. "mhh I guess I could try it" I said unconvinced. "Hey um excuse me can I make an order? " Isaac called out. "Hey w...w...wait n...no I...i" I tried to stop him but I couldn't. "You'll thank me later." Isaac said. (I don't know whether it's me but I managed to notice Jake glancing at me but Tania managed to get his attention once again) "Make sure your mouth doesn't drop" Isaac teased as he closed my mouth. "He...hey my mouth can't drop" I blushed. "Here's your order"A waitress said as she placed our orders on the table.

"wow the food looks so nice" I said as I felt my mouth water. "Told you" Isaac said. "Hey what did you order? " I asked Isaac. "oh um I'm having rice and chicken" Isaac answered. I took a bit and I loved the food a lot. "Didn't I tell you you'd thank me later well" Isaac said.

*On our way home*

"Did you like the food?" Jake said to break the silence. "Yah the beef was really nice" I answered happily. "O-kayy" Jake said akwardly. "And what do you think about Isaac?" Jack asked. I stopped to think and answered "hmm well his not bad but who knows me better than you today was just a lucky guess". (I think I saw Jake smiling behind me) "And what about you what do you think about Tania? " I asked him expecting him to admit his undying love for her but to my shock he said "Meh she's not bad but she whines to much and as you know" "You don't like dogs" I completed his sentence. "Haha wait are you calling her a dog?" I asked Jake as I broke into laughter. "What n...no I didn't ah you're hopeless" Jake said asas he picked up his pace. "Hey hurry up or our moms will start getting suspicious over nothing"Jake said as he grabbed my hand
