“Clara I’m here!” Said Noah after Clara called him to pick her up

“Oh okay, we can go..”

“..You can stay for a while if you want..”

“...Remember this?” She was holding a picture of her, Noah, Lily and another boy named Ethan, he was Lily’s colleague, he got close to them and became best friends and he and Lily soon got engaged..

“Yeah, it was a beautiful holiday..,” He said while smiling remembering those days

“ Wait.. I haven’t talked to Ethan! I’ll call him, wait for me I’ll be right back”

“Clara, lets go I’ll drop you off at home and go to Ethan.. he doesn’t pick up”

“I hope he’s okay.. let’s go”

(*after Clara went home*)

“Mrs Helen, Liam, I’m back!”

“Come here, sweetie”

“Yes, Mrs Helen?”

“I know you’re so busy but I need to tell you something..”

“It’s okay, Mrs Helen, what is it?”

“Have you seen Ethan at the funeral?”

“I think so... he was a little weird but I didn’t care so much”

“Hmm..”

“Why?”

“Just asking, he wasn’t himself like.. he didn’t care”

“Maybe just trying to stay strong not to let us worry”

“En..” That’s only what Mrs Helen said.. she felt something off with Ethan like he wasn’t sad at all..

*ding-dong*

“Ah..Oh uh.., Noah!”

“I came to see Ethan.., cause.. Lily,..uhh”

“Uhh.. oh, come in! He’s upstairs and.. he's, uhh .oh my, my dear son, he's so depressed and I'm worried, please help.. Ethan! Noah’s here! Please come out”

(Ethan’s pov):

“What? Noah? No no no, if he saw me like that.. Lily said no one should know.. okay,okay think...ahhhhh..okay, I should look sad, upset.. 1..2..3!"

"oh yeah, Oscar.. here I'm coming!" *dancing*

"Ethan!"

"uh..awww, ouch ouch..my..my back"

"let me help you!," He helped him to the bed "uhh..umm Ethan, are you.. okay?"

"What..do you mean?" He said calmly

"For..uh..What happened, and Lily..uhh.."

"(Lily?*in his mined*) No..no,I..I just don't want you to worry, I just need some time.." He said pretending to look depressed

"Are..you sure, I mean.. you can tell me, really! we are all here for each other!"

"Don't..worry I..I *begins to fake cry*"

"E.. Ethan!" He said while hugging him with sympathy on his face

"(Did he believe? oh my...Oscar, where are you?.. ha, Lily I told ya..I'm a pro..you lost the bet, now I want my 50 bucks.. *in his mind*)" He said to himself while trying to look at Noah without being noticed

"I'm sorry, it's late now..I should go, but I'll be back tomorrow, maybe..take you somewhere ?"

"I don't want.. I'm not in the mood"

"Okay..(I'll come check on him tomorrow*in his mind*)"

(*after he left Ethan's place*)

(Noah's pov:)

"I just can't believe Lily..just look at him, he's so depressed, and everyone is so sad..uhh.."
