📽 Scene #4 - 10 Grand

(Maze stopped running and let go of the guy's hand. They made it to the soccer field right on time and seated on the bleachers.)

"My lungs!!!" she looked around, left - right - over the field - everywhere "Those folks are just too determined" she uttered while holding her chest.

(They guy looked at her, she was holding her phone waiting for the person she was about to meet.)

"Stay here and wait for me" he said and left for a moment. He returned after few minutes and handed a cold green tea. He handed one to her (she looked at him as if he was an angel) "Hero you are such an angel --- (gestured a cross in her hand and said) Amen!!!"

"Sooo --- (Clears his throat) So you ran off that far, tagging me along just so you can watch this game?" he asked with a confused look in his eyes.

(Maze brushed off her head, took her phone and showed the message she received earlier)

"You know that person?" he asked "Nope, not really... I just met him at the club" Maze replied and he looks stunned "I'd be meeting this person because of an extra job. Now about the Student reps.... (she sighted) I just heard from a friend that the Student President is looking for me, that's why I ran" she finished her drink and look at the guy "And you!? why did you run with me?" he took the handkerchief from his pocket "I want to return this"

(They talked for few more minutes, just about random things. A student visitor from the other high school who just played with their school's team walked towards their direction. He stopped right in front of Maze)

"Maze?" he asked "Yes Sir!" she was about to stand up but the guy kneel down in front of him. You know, like a prince from fairytale 😍 But he is no prince for Maze.

"You looked classic and stunning without your make up. It is just so unfair how you look desirable with either or (he wink at her)" it was obvious that he is flirting with him

(The guy was just observing how Maze will handle this guy, he is still holding the handkerchief because this guy just steal the moment when he just came.)

"I'd like to talk about business Erick" switched her face from being sweet to a business minded bish "Oohh Gutsy Babe, I find that sexy... -- Here we go, I need 10 versions of the program from this handbook. Our school deadline is this coming Monday. But, I would like for you to send it by Friday so we can check it first." she took the handouts and browse through it.

(The guy was just looking at her, he is asking himself like what the hell is going on? Could it be possible that a girl from 4 - 9 class can be this smart?)

"Alright!" she said full of confidence "10 version of programs and statistics, Friday!" she said.

Erick handed him the laptop bag and took his phone from his pocket "Sending you 10 Grand in total, 7 for the program and statistics partial payment and 3 for the 3 sleepless days you would have to complete them"

(Maze checked her phone and received the money.)

"I gotta go now, I will not flirt on you and give you time for you assignment Baby" he leans closer and kissed Maze's cheek.

(She was surprisingly not surprise, no reaction at all)

"You sure have a guy who has money and determined." Maze just put the handouts to her bag and prep up "Nope, he is not and never gonna be my guy. I am just doing business with him" she stood up and checked her watch "Oh f*ck I am running late." she was about to ran off but turn her back and said goodbye to the guy.

Scene #5 - Finding Maze

"Where is that girl!?" a girl approached Jaden and pulled his collar "I - I - I don't know Stella" he answered. She pushed Jaden out of her anger "Tell tour friend that I am not having fun playing hide and seek with her"

(The library seems busy, everyone's picking books after books... ... If you would search better, somewhere at the farther aisle, where the books are older that's where you can find Maze. Apparently, that's where you can find a better internet connection)

"Let me just send this over... 3.. 2... 1!!!! (Sent) Oh biscuits!!! My back hurts like I am a baby boomer" she complains while she is fixing her stuff.

(She received another message but this time it came from Drake. Jayden was sent to a hospital after Stella push him and fell bad. Drake explained that they heard Stella looking for her and blew off her anger by pushing him)

Maze felt really mad... She is freaking tired, hungry, dizzy because of the sleepless days and furious because a friend's life was at risk because of her.

She went to the student council's office and storm out!!!

"SHINJIMAAAEEEEE!!!" she fiercely open the door of the Student Council's Office and look for Stella "Who's Stella!?" out of fear one of the student reps pointed at girl standing in front of her.

(She spaced out for a split second remembering that this is the same girl who locked the gate the other day)

"You!? YOU!!! What did you do to my friend?" she gives her the look of death, bites her lip, clench her teeth and crack her neck. She walks towards her.

(Stella panicked and ran off but she bumped into the side table and fell. Everyone panicked, Maze came into her senses. She did not touch her, not even her hair. Karma just gave Stella a present)

"President!" a girl standing in front of her is pertaining to the one standing behind her.

"Copper! Maze did not do anything. Stella fell when she tried to run away from Maze" the other girl defended her right away.

(I can really sense that the Student President's standing right behind me. I was mad as a lion earlier but now I remember that this person is targeting me.)

I am in deep $hit 🤯🤯🤯

"Ms. Arez?" a soft voice formally call Maze

"Ms. Maze Arez" he called her again

He is f*cking calling me WWAAAHHHH!!! What? Wait! I know this voice... Could it be*---

(She looked behind her and saw a man with a smiling face looking at her)

"Baka!" she unconsciously said "Hero!?" she looks surprised.

He extended his hand to properly introduce himself and give her a hand shake* "I am Copper Saint!"

(Maze got frozen)

Is this shit (Copper) playing trick on me?

Is he sick in the head?
