Chaper 2 - Talking about marriage

"Hi, Dad!" Gab goes towards her father to give him a hug

" Gab, Are you just home?" dad ask me

" Yes I have been busy at school because it's finals dad and I have a lot of projects to finish so I'm going home late recently" I explained to dad

Dad nodded"Okay Dear, let's go inside," Dad said this is my father that is always proud of me.😊

"Dad, who's that man with you ?" a little bit curious, Dad is rare to meet a visitor at home so I am surprised.

"His the grandson of Georgeson Family, He came here personally to pay me a visit and give me an invitation." Dad explain

"Georgeson Family? are they close to my family? " In Gab though 💭

"You Stop!" someone called behind me. " not this time" I said in a slow voice while rolling my eyes. l know it's Roxy my sister, I ignored her and walked straight to my room.

"I said Stop! "I stopped and faced her with a poker face" What?" I ask her

"Don't you dare snatch William to me, I heard you and dad." she said and left then entered her room

Gab left with clueless "William? who? whatever!" and she goes inside her room....

In morning

"Good Morning mom' I kissed her on the cheek . I saw mom rolling her eyes. Well, it's not new to me I know how much she hates me

"Good morning Dad" kisses my cheek and sits beside my sister.

"Honey we talked to Mrs Liam's, her son is returning now from the US. And guest honey! The Liam's family proposed a marriage to us." mom said and my dad smiled

"Well, its a good idea since the two family benefits for this marriage." dad said

"Yes honey, and I think Gab is perfect for this marriage, what do you think honey?"

" No " I Reply " Mom I don't want to get married, I still have a dream. I haven't finished my studies. And lastly I hate to arrange marriage... Stop that idea.! .!!!" and I leave them . I heard dad calling me but I didn't dare to turn my back because I almost shouted .I really hate it , Is she really that eager to kick me in this house? Is she really my mother? why does she always treat me like a shit.

"Honey, You can't force Gab to marry anyone! Gab is right She has a dream and she hasn't graduated. How about Roxy? She is fine and she has already graduated. "

"Dad! how could you say that ? I won't marry that fat guy. ew! It ruined my reputation. I hate you dad." then she left

"Danny, How could you say that to Roxy, Why you always cold to her. She's your daughter!" Celine walks out and goes to their room then Danny chases her.

" Celine " Danny shouts " Celine!"and he holds her arm to face him " I just state the fact. Roxy is the elder. In the first place you are the one to open this topic so, I say my suggestion. I cannot agree with Gab ,because I promised her."

"Hah! So it's because of that *****? that ***** again!" Celine shout

"Watch your mouth Celine!" an authority voice " I don't want you to insult her."

Celine cannot accept the fact that Danny loves her first wife.

"Why Danny? Why?" Celine asked with a shout tone

Danny remains silent, Because he knows that he cannot forget his wife Angel. He still loves Angel.

Celine cried she felt miserable, she really hated her.

"Please Get out!" in a low voice. Danny remains standing and keeps silent. " I said Get out! Get out! Celine shouts and pushes Danny

Danny is worried and feels guilty, he blames himself.

Danny Go out and go somewhere.

Roxy Standing and hides in the corner. she heard everything, she cried and blamed Gab for ruining this family.

(WILLIAM)

One of the maids opened the door when I arrived at my Grandparents house

"Good Morning Sir" They greet me

"Where are they?" I ask them

"They are in Dinning Wall Sir" she answered

"Okay"

I reached grandma and grandpa having breakfast

"Good Morning grandma and grand pa" I greet them both and I kiss my grandma

"My Baby I'm so glad you came here" she happily said and stood up and hugged me

"Grandma Stop Calling me baby, It's embarrassing!"

She twisted my ear "ouch!"

" If you had given me a grandson I won't call you baby."

"But I am so glad that you Visit us here" my grandma said

"Of Course grandma , You call me here" I told her

"Ouch" this time she kicked me

"So, If I didn't call you? you won't visit us?" my grandma said with a sulking tone

before I could say My father comforts grandma" Maddie Let it be maybe his busy at work. His running our family business." i saw that she is calm now

"It's Good! you dont need to worry" I assure him

" I am not worried especially the empire is being managed by the most named Billionaire Businessman of the country" he proudly said that made me smile

"Thanks Grandpa"

"Stop! And shut up Samuel! I didn't call my grandson here to call about business business whatsoever." grandma interrupt us and grandpa smile

"Then, why are you calling me grandma?" I asked her

"My grandson" he held my hands " I know you are super successful and super handsome. Now I'm asking you when you are getting married? You are a bachelor billionaire but why haven't you been introduced to a girl or your girlfriend to us. I want my great grandson. You are now in the earliest 30 "

Here we go again the marriage and baby talk

My Grandma had been nagging me about marriage . She brings up that topic every time she wants to see me and I am trying to reason out with her.

"Grandma I still don't have plans to settle down. I'm enjoying my love now. Let's talk about that when I turn 40 years old."

"Seriously? How could you say that?. you always give me a heart attact. Do you think I am that healthy to carry my great grandson? I am old now my child so this is my only favor to you, " she said with said tone

"Just give time Grandma, please!" I felt guilty now and I gave her a hug." Grandma you are still young and strong and I am sure even when I turn 50 you still be strong ask now" I use my humming voice

"Che! that's not effective for me! how about this. I set up a Blind Date? I have a lot of friends and they have beautiful grandchildren." She said

" Grandma no need to do that. I date, okay!It's just that I haven't found the right girl" I explained

"While you wait for that right girl! I'm already dead. And now look for that girl right away" and she stands up

"Grandma.."

"My child, you may go now and start searching!" and my grandma left me in the living room
