The Ruins

My name is Rei and my day started like any other. Today was my first day of freshmen year, but who would've guessed that i'd end up in the demon world.(earlier that morning) "You better wake up or you're gonna be late for your first day of high school." said Mrs. Saung " I've been up for hours mom." said Rei "I'm gonna meet up with Arlo before school." Rei headed out to meet up with Arlo. "Hey what took you so long?" said Arlo " I was just held up at home." said Rei "well we better hurry or we're gonna be late." said Arlo. Later on at the end of the school day Rei and Arlo headed back to Arlo's house to play video games , but on the way there Rei spotted a mysterious girl walking into the woods. They decided to follow her to see what she was doing " It doesn't feel right to be following a girl like this." stated Rei " Don't you wonder what she's up to?" asked Arlo " Well yeah but why can't we just ask her?" asked Rei "What makes you think she'll answer truthfully?" said Arlo " I was just saying tha.." "Shhh!!" Arlo interrupted Rei as the girl mysteriously disappeared by an ancient ruin. the boys decide to approach the ruins them selves, upon doing so a mysterious glow arises forcing them to cover their eyes. after the mysterious light is gone they open their eyes only to find that they are no longer in the woods but are in a supernatural and horrific world.
