The Shadows

It was raining hard outside. A loud thunder startled her. It's the nightmare she goes through every time on rainy nights. She gets out of bed, she knows the night is over for her. She pours herself a cup of coffee, goes to the window and lights a cigarette.

Without too much waiting, the shadows of the past appear. She looked at them like a spectator. Although 15 years have passed, they are still alive.

The rain is getting heavier and heavier, the thunder is intensifying, and the pain of the past completely encompasses it. She feels the same pain again, just as intense, just as real, but the last thunder wakes her up, the pain subsides and is replaced by hatred and a crazy desire for revenge.

Secretary: Good morning, Mrs. Hilton!

Alexa: Morning, Kate, what's new for today?

Kate: Mrs, It seems that the Sin Group wants us to collaborate!

Alexa: Oh, that s good to hear. When we have the appoiment?
