Distraction.

"Ohkay, enough! You want to know why I am here?" Ved turned a girl dancing besides him to face Naisha, "Meet Shreya, My cousin! She studies in your college and she asked me out with her to her college fest! Its not like only you got contacts with other college students, I got my contacts too!"

Naisha was embarrassed so much that she thought she should just dig up a burrow and bury her face in it.

"I...Erm..Sorry!" She said.

"You should be!" He said and chuckled, "Anyway, just so you know.. I have given up my dreams of being with you."

Naisha looked up at him. She knew she said that she didnt wanted this but Ved was as much as a dream man for her. He was like the option she could never have again, but she really didnt want to be in a serious relationship just yet!

Naisha's look was telling Ved screaming that she wants him all over her but, he too was enjoying her that expression, where she looked tensed, annoyed and heartbroken all for him.

"That's...That's good that you are not going to bother me anymore" She said aloud at him and in her heart she continued, 'But why do I feel so sad about it?'

"Great then!" Ved said and headed back at dancing.

Naisha's mood of dancing was suddenly spoiled. She threw away everything and sat down away from the hall in a corner on a bench. She felt like as if someone was snatching something away from her..Like she was loosing something really close to her.

Ved came towards her and clicked her picture while she was sitting like that. Naisha looked up at him and asked, "What are you doing?"

"Capturing your fallen face!" He said teasing her.

"What fallen face? You think I'm sad because of you?" Naisha asked.

"I dont need to think Naisha, Its clearly printed on your face!" He said.

Naisha rolled her eyes. Ved settled down besides her on the bench,"Look at this expression of yours! Like youre loosing something precious to you.." He said.

Naisha looked up at him shocked and touched. How could he.. know her so well?

"I didnt know I became so important to you!" He said.

"Shut up!" She turned her face to the other side and said, "I dont love you."

"I never said you love me!" Ved said "Are you just confessing how you actually feel about me?"

"..." Naisha chose to avoid his questions..He was just trying to pull her legs by saying all of that.

"You're so cute Naisha..I feel like to take you in my arms and squeeze you tight close to my heart!" He said.

Naisha looked at him blushing..'I wonder how would it feel like when he would do that to me..' She thought.

'Ugh! What am I thinking? Naisha you need to get away from this guy! He is a total distraction for you!'
