Chapter 1 : Arranged Marriage

"Princess! There's many ways to prevent war, please not this!" A wizard pleaded tearing up.

"We don't care about war princess, As long as you're here with us!" Another Wizard shouted.

"Who would be the protector of this kingdom if you leave, princess?" A witch shouted.

Many Magicians, Mages, Summoners, witches and Wizards are heartbroken by the news.

Including the princess, who will be married off to someone she doesn't know too well.

The Hazel Empire. Ruled by Princess Celestina Hazel. It is a magic empire that exists on the sky. The Hazel empire is established on floating sky islands and Demons and Angels also reside there. The Hazel empire contributes to the humans very much to the extent that no one would be able to disrespect even just a beggar of that empire.

But someone who holds the highest power is more respectable. The wise, strong and loveable Princess Celestina. She was widely known for her Gentle personality and her wise thinking. She has incredible amount of Mana with her that she can use magic even at her sleep.

But who would have thought that the Princess Celestina, would give up that position in order to protect her country?

One brilliant Day, Princess Celestina received a threat from the duchy of the human world.

The contents of the letter was:

"Dear Princess Celestina Hazel, I truly admire and like you. Currently, The Imperial family is trying to start a war with your empire, Princess. So if you marry me, then I would change their minds with my convincing words. I will look forward for your reply."

A very straightforward letter. The sender was none other than Duke Aizen Green.

He was a favored young duke. His parents Spoiled and pampered him. He grew very knowledgeable and very cruel at the same time. All of the warmth he felt came to be in shambles as out of a sudden, his parents had died because of a carriage incident. The carriage fell onto the cliff and his family was nowhere to be found.

Just like that, Duke Aizen rose to that power at a young age and with no hesitation, Threatened the Princess Celestina. As if everything was planned. Including the death of his parents.

The princess smiled gently as she placed her hands on the shoulders of a wizard.

"Don't worry, I will be fine. Besides, there's still the archmage. He can be trusted to aide the country in times of need." The princess said as her eyes became teary. Comforting everyone was an easy thing to do but comforting herself is another topic.

"Princess!!!" Everyone cried out loud as they embraced her.

"I'm going to be fine... really" She said as she comforted everyone and herself.

Celestina closed her eyes slowly as she continued to comfort everyone.

"You'll be fine, Salustina" Salustina said and smiled.

Everything all started from that incident.

"Princess, Do we really have to go to the human world?" A noble lady asked.

"Yes, the Humans would threaten our empire if they ever happened to know that a princess like me is ruling the empire. You have to play the role as a ruler who has yet to teach me how to run a country" Celestina explained as the two rode in the flying carriage.

"But princess, you can just change your age and gender when you meet them! They will not suspect anything unlike if it's me..." A noble lady said as she looked down.

"Don't worry, it won't be a hard thing to do. You just have to play the role of a kind and gentle mother" Celestina said as she smiled.

The noble lady just sighed and nodded in agreement without any chance to refuse it again.

As the carriage landed on the ground, the people was there ready to greet them.

"Welcome to our humble palace, Her Majesty, the moon of the Hazel Empire" The Duchess greeted as she smiled respectfully.

Celestina stepped out with a bored face and slowly smiled.

"Thank you for letting us visit this wonderful place, Celestina Hazel" Celestina said as she greeted the Duke and the Duchess including her young son.

"We greet the high sun of the empire!" The two greeted as they were surprised.

"Hm" Celestina only replied.

The two looked at each other saying to each other.

'It seems we cannot attack them. They have a substitute'

"Your majesty, Please come in" The Duchess invited as she led Celestina inside.

Celestina looked at the boy who followed the Duke as they entered the mansion.

"Princess, What should I do?" The noble lady asked as she whispered.

"Just nod and smile. If it's very confusing, then call me" Celestina said in a low voice.

As they entered, Celestina and the young Duke wasn't able to come in the living room. The two stared at each other for a moment.

"What's your name?" Celestina asked.

"Your Majesty, my name is Aizen Green" He introduced himself as he gently smiled.

Celestina only stood still and nodded.

"Should I show you the garden, your majesty?" He asked as he smiled.

"Sure" Celestina only replied.

As the two walked to the path leading to the garden, Celestina looked at her surroundings.

"It's beautiful" She said.

"Thank you, your majesty" He said as he smiled.

'So boring~' Celestina thought as she yawned silently.

Yes. The well known princess with a gentle personality had something that no one ever knew.

A cruel identity.

Two personalities.

One is gentle and one is cruel. One is good and one is Evil. One is generous and one is selfish.

Celestina and Celeste. The two personalities that was the cause of her curse since birth.

Celestina stopped as they reached the garden. She didn't stop because of amazement but she felt something dangerous.

Eyes everywhere as if hunting her down and as if waiting for her to come.

"Your majesty?" Aizen asked as he frowned in confusion.

"Aizen" Celestina said.

Aizen trembled as he felt chills all over body. It felt as if something is pushing him down the ground. It felt very heavy and chilly.

"Your majesty?" Aizen asked once again.

'What's with this tremendous power?!' Aizen asked in astonishment.

"Hide behind me. NOW!" Celestina said as she closed her eyes and took a deep breath.

Aizen only nodded in agreement and hid behind Celestina.

Aizen trembled in surprise as Celestina opened her eyes again and smiled. Her eyes changed from green to blue.

A deep and terrifying blue eyes as if staring onto the pure ocean.

"Come out, Dear guests" Celestina said as she smirked.

The assassins were all forced to come out as if someone was pushing them out of the bushes.

"Sh*t! It's the princess!" The assassin shouted. They struggled to break free from Celestina's magic.

"What have you come here for? Who's the mastermind?" Celestina asked as she frowned.

"We won't tell you!" The assassin said still insisting not to say anything.

Celestina then casted some magic spells and from blue eyes it turned to Golden shining eyes.

"Interrogation magic. Will you answer now? Speak" Celestina said as she glared at the assassins.

"Damn! We came here to kill the young Duke! It was ordered by-" Before the Assassin could continue what he was saying, Celestina's eyes turned to Dark deep blue eyes.

"Dance" Celestina said as she chuckled.

"I can't let you say the boss~" Celestina said as she smiled and licked her lips.

The assassins continued to dance as Celestina ordered. She moved her fingers the way she wants the assassin to move.

She spiraled her fingers again and again and the assassins circled around.

Once they were exhausted, Celestina broke the magic.

"Now, Die" Celestina said as the assassins all fell to the ground.

Aizen was amazed and was in awe by what she did. He smiled as he clenched his fists staring at Celestina's back.

'I must have her'

And so, Aizen once he grew up, threatened the empire with war if Celestina doesn't agree to marry him.
