Vivian’s pov

I live in a small town with my grandparents, foster grand parents. When I was 9 their son and daughter in law adopted me. They loved me like their own. But when I was 14 they had an accident, and I was an orphan again.

But my grand parents never let me feel their loss. We were happy together.

Until one day a stranger came knocking at the door.

“Who are you looking for?” I asked the man.

“I am here to meet Mr. and Mrs Philip.” Said the man.

My grand parents said from inside to let the man in.

“please come in” I said with a small smile in my face.

“Young man you came, please be comfortable and have a seat. Would you like to have some thing?” my grand parents asked.

“I would like a glass of water, please.” The man said.

The man looked like he was in his mid 20, he could be 25 or 26, he looked elegant. His cloths are costly, no ordinary man could afford them.

“So why is he here!” I asked to my self.

“ Vivi get the young man water and sit with us we need to talk to you about some things” my grand ma said.

I gave the man water and sat between my grand parents.

Then grand ma said, ”darling this young man came to visit us the day before yesterday. He was looking for some one”

I asked who was he looking for!

My grand pa said “he is looking for his long lost younger sister, who was kidnapped during their outing. And some how he got some leads that she might be in this town. But there weren’t many who meet the description, but you are one of them Vivi.”

Then my grand ma said, “ so he came that day and took some hair of yours to do some DNA test. He called in the morning sand asked to fix an appointment with us all. He wants to tell the results. “

“ a man came and said I could be his sister and you gave him my hair! You didn’t even ask me about that! Wow!”

“ so what is the result mister?” I asked the man. He was still with his poker face on.

Then he said, “ we went on a outing when you were 8, it was your birthday outing. But then some people kidnapped you. We could locate those people, but we couldn’t locate you. We tried every thing to find you. But we were sure that you were alive. So we started to look in to the people who kidnapped you to find even a bit clue. At last we found one, that said you could be in a place where the kidnappers were from. They all were from different places of the country. This place is where one of the people from. So we started to look for you and finally found some thing that lead us here. “

Again he said “ after you were kidnapped our mother went in to a shock and it took her years to recover. She is still looking for her lost daughter. “

Whine he was talking, all I did was just listening. I said nothing, showed no emotions, just listened.

Then I said, “thank you for finding me. Now what can I do? Do I need to go with you?”

Hearing my questing he showed slight nervousness. Then he said, ” we would love to have our youngest back. If it’s alright with you I would like to take you back as soon as possible.”

Then I looked at my grand parents who didn’t said a word until now. Sadness was all in their faces. I know till last night we were our only family, We depend on each other. But now!!

When they saw me looking at them they gave a small smile. The smile was filled with sadness. Still they said,” we are happy that you found your family. Now you can be happy with your real family.”

This broke my heart. But I still didn’t show it on my face.

Then I said “ give me some time to thing. Let’s wait till my graduation I complete I only have few days left to graduate. “

He pressed his lips together and said,” okay. I will contact you regularly. When you feel like I will come pick you up.”

I said, “ I will call you my self when I want to go. Just give me some time to process.”

After all the talking he left and I felt super tired. So I said my grand parents that I wanted to be alone and went to my room.

Then I fell in to my bed. After some times I called some one, “ Mia find every bit of information about Cassian Gray and Gray family. I want every thing even their darkest secret. “

“ okay I will send them to you in an hour Vivian. “ Mia said.

Then I closed my eyes and started to thing what was this all about. After an hour Mia sent me a PDF about the gray family.

It is a rich family. their business is in the top 5 of our country. It is a year old family and has a strong foot hold in the business world. They have no connection to mafia or any under world organization. They did very clear business. They are a good family. Cassian’s father Rune Gray is the head of the family. His wife Reva Gray became ill after losing her daughter and was still looking for her. may be they found her. No update on that. Rune and Reva gray has 3 children. And Irene Gray is the name of the daughter they lost. Their eldest son is Cassian (26) their middle son claude (22) if their daughter was here she would be 18.
