The Awakening

It was dark, feeling cold ,lonely. I was standing in the middle of a dark room..or shall I say something like I was in a black box.

It was dark but somehow I could see a small amount of brightness in the room , however the source is unknown, the floor was dark but shiny as glass and made ripples as I walk as if I was walking on thin layer of water itself.

**I** was walking forward...well atleast that's what I feel like. But the end doesn't seem near it was as if I was moving further and further away from me. I was feeling creeped our and feeling kind of heavy. I wanted to run but I couldn't, I was starting to feel even more weak as if the room was sucking my energy our.... then all of a sudden the brightness started to increase......in the distance I felt I was hearing something but inaudible. Then it slowly started getting louder and clear. "ony..ke..up...T..hofiq....Thofiq.wake..up..Thofiq wake up ...."

I felt a great stimuli which felt like I was pulled out of something, a tingling sensation..I opened my eyes slowly..a middle aged woman who is just bit fat was waking me up. It was my mom. One of the most important person of my life...my mom.. her names..Haseena.

**I** woke up and saying "ya..yaa mom I am awake... now stop it" then I she went to kitchen saying good get ready I will be in the kitchen preparing ur lunch, come to me if u need something hon. I woke up and got out of the bed, went out of the house in the balcony.

The Sun was shining bright that it took my eyes a hot second to adjust.

The sunlight on my body felt great since the last feeling I had was being trapped in a dark room which was unending and cold and especially creepy. The warmth of the sun brought a smile on my face 😊.

**well** I suppose I haven't told u anything about myself, how rude of me.. sorry

well my name's Thofiq, and ya I am a college student well starting today that is and a science Major at that and whatelse... height well 6 feet just an average guy who likes to stay out of spotlight and introvert. and about my family well my dad's name is Peeru... weird right ya I get that a lot

So I went back in and freshed up getting ready for college. I ate my breakfast and then got going to college with mom sending me off at the door wishing me luck

" ...deep.. breaths...hmmmm feels good today hope something good happens which can lighten my mood." In such hopes I was on my way to college. I went to the bus stop where I daily wait for the bus to arrive which will drop me at the college. Since it was my first day to college I was pretty excited and nervous too but let's hope wat happens today.
