Flashback

A girl lying on the hospital bed is dreaming about how her life changed when her brother went abroad and how miserable she is right now. She doesn't even know that she is in a hospital, just going deep into her dream, then suddenly she heard some voices as her eyes started to open. She tried to sit but stopped by the drips and pain in her body. Seeing her waking up, a girl sitting beside her starts yelling to call for a doctor. After the doctor diagnosed her, he called for her guardian and said, “Andrea Summers, Mrs. Summers, are you both Casey's guardian?”. They nodded their heads as yes. The doctor continued, “She is fine for now, but she'll be having great trauma issues, it's better to avoid such things which reminds her about her past otherwise the consequences may be unwanted. Make sure after she wakes up, try to cheer her”, he said. Casey was listening to everything the doctor said. She didn't want her best friend and Mrs. Summers to be burdened by her, but she didn't want to tell her brother also about her condition. She was blaming her self that because her every thing happened, she started to believe on what her bullies said about her. In an instant, a partially opened door got opened and Andrea and Mrs. Summers entered. They saw that Casey woke up. She smiled weakly and greeted Andrea's mother while sitting up, she was going to fall but got supported by Andrea. Andrea started to speak, “Hey Casey! How are you? Do you remember anything happened in last six hours?”, Casey give it a thought and started to recall every thing that happened, but didn't react to it. The expression on her face was unreadable. Andrea and her mother panicked. Andrea's mother said, “it's alright dear, if you don't want to say anything about it, we can understand what you are going through. Okay! Let's drop this topic because I have one to discuss. Andrea and Casey, I want both of your suggestions.”. Both best friends hummed. Mrs. Summers continued. “I want to change both of your schools, but don't worry, you both will be in the same school. Casey, I've talked to your brother about your TC from this school. He agreed to that and also gave you the permission about you both staying in Andrea's house. Now everything is arranged and all you have to do is discharge, recover well, move into Andrea's house and go to your new school.”, Casey and Andrea laughed at Mrs. Summers and thanked her for her help. Soon after, Casey got discharged and moved in with Andrea. After setting all of her things, both the besties went outside to eat. They also went to an amusement park, had rides got their photos clicked, played a lot of games and ended their day having fun. After they returned home, they talked till midnight, Andrea was asleep, but Casey couldn't sleep as she was missing her brother. The line went through, and her brother James picked the call. They talked for the moment and after that, Casey hung up the phone as she started feeling sleepy and went to sleep besides Andrea. The next day, they woke up and prepared for their first day of their new school.
