Dreamy Dream fantasy

Today, John had spent his day with his family members and relatives in a grand get together. After the dinner at 11:00 he goes to sleep. In his sleep he has an dream. No ordinary one. Truly dreamy. He dreams that he lived in a true green land with his loved ones with no hatred, anger and sadness yet the people were unsatisfied and bored.

So he thinks to make them joyful. He thinks of many things none of which seemed useful for him. As he was thinking he was walking along a road leading to a nearby forest. As he reaches the outskirts of the forest he sees something mystical. He is intrigued by it. He goes near it to have a closer look at it. It was an dog with gold coloured fur. He touches it. As he touches it a bright light shines from its forehead and it starts to talk. But it's voice could only be heard heard by him. So he takes it to his home and thinks of an idea to make his family joyous. He thinks of an card trick.

He brings a deck of card and tells one of his family members to pick a card and show it to everyone except for him. His father comes forward and does that. As his father takes out his card and showed to family members and returned the card, he shouts a name of a card which exactly comes out to be same card. Later he questions his family about how he did the trick. Each one came with different ideas. One as use of mirrors another being fake deck, another as bending cards and so on. But John proved them all wrong. Then how did you do it ? the question bothered them all. They asked him. He quotes "A true magician never reveals his secrets". But agrees do do the trick again. So he performed the same trick for many times and they could not tell how he did so. Later they started to get depressed. So he gave them a hint. " I had help from one present here if you could say who it was you win"he said. Now all of them fired up. They started to question one another. It went on for half an hour. As they had not figured who had helped they started. to accept defeat and told him that it was impossible as the person could lie. So he told them that the one who helped would not lie anymore if asked. So they questioned for another half an hour and had no success. They gave up. With no success they felt left out and told him to tell them who helped him. He tells them that the dog helped him. "Don't joke, tell the truth" they said. " I am telling the truth" he replied. So they asked him to prove it. So to prove it he told them to take the dog into another room and tell or show it something and he would tell what is told or shown to it. As he said they did and were surprised and all came running towards him and hugged him for the entertainment he had given them. In reality he was just hugging his mother who had came to wake him up in the morning.
