EPISODE 1: Nisha's Journey

I am Nisha David. A grade 10 student in NSDPIS in Pampanga. I am an academic achiever since kindergarten. My parents are proud of me and always spoils me to congratulate me for my achievements. My younger sister, Jasmine always supports me to anything I want to do. I'm so thankful that God gave me this family.

After the pandemic ends, I started school again. I was voted as their class president, again. Everyone was happy to come back in school. I made friends and bonded with them altogether. I met Hazel, the new student and their class muse. Hazel is always there to help and support me.

As we walked outside, Hazel saw her crush, Gabriel Sembrano. "OMG, look Nisha, it's Gabriel. He's so handsome!" Hazel said. I looked at him, "Talk to him maybe you guys will have a special connection.". Hazel just rolled her eyes and didn't walk up to him. She was too shy to approach to him. "Whatever, let's go to class" Hazel said.

Gabriel's POV:

-Oh she's so perfect. I wish she knew I like her. Oh, she dropped her bracelet, I will give it back to her later. I'll just get back to my class.

I noticed that I lost my bracelet. It was special to me because that was my grandmother's last birthday gift before she died. "What should I do now? She will be upset if she knew I lost it." I worriedly said.

Hazel noticed me. She knew I was sad. She went up to me. "What's the matter isha?" she asked. "I lost my bracelet." I answered. "I hope someone finds it and give it back to you" Hazel said. I wished of that too and continued writing.

Minutes later, the class ended and Hazel and I walked home. We worked for a project, but I saw that she was distracted on her phone. I looked at it and I was confused. Hazel was talking to Chloe, our classmate. Hazel confessed that she likes her. I said "Wait, you don't like Gabriel anymore? I'm confused.". She laughed and replied, "No I don't like him anymore. I realized I was lesbian.". Whatever, it always happens to her. But I wish the best for her.

It's morning again, and I need to go to school. Ordinary day, nothing special I guess. While I was walking to school, I saw Gabriel with his friends. His friend, Ron is always annoying him to his "secret" crush. I don't know who she or he is. Ron whispered Gabriel something. After that, he walked up to me. "H-Hi Nisha, I'm Gabriel. N-Nice to meet you. Can I be friends with y-you?" he nervously said. I stared at him for some seconds. I realized why suddenly he did that? Nevermind, I'd like to have a new friend though. "Sure, nice to meet you too" I answered. Ron and others coughed, while Gabriel was quiet. We shaked hands and left.
