Siren Head Book One.

My friends and I were talking to each other one night. "Guys I'm bored" Mason Complained. I looked at him and sighed. "Guys we should go to The screaming forest. I heard it is haunted." Nick Suggested. I shrugged. "Why not" Caleb stared at us. "Guys. Why would we go camping? It's dumb" He said. "Is Caleb scared of ghost~" I teased, looking at Caleb. His face turned red and he quickly turned away. Mason and Nick exploded in laughter. "Fine! Let's go already" Caleb muttered. We got up and the others headed to the car. I stayed behind to pack a tent, some flashlights, clothes, and some snacks. I exited the house and got in the driver seat. We were on our way to The screaming Forest. Little did we know what would be in the forest. Once we got there we followed the trail down to a clearing in the tree's. We Set up our tent and settled in. It took awhile to get here since we had to stop to get the others stuff. We sat in the tent for a bit, I was talking to Caleb, Nick was on his phone complaining that he had no connection, and Mason was sitting in the corner, lost in his own thoughts. (An hour later, a scream broke through the silence) I froze, hearing the loud shriek of pain. I quickly exited the tent to take a look around. Mason followed closely behind as I started running throughout the forest, my eyes scanning every inch of the trees hoping to find whoever screamed. "Hello is anyone out there?" I shouted, still running. "Hello?!" Mason called out. His voice was far away. I stopped running to catch my breath. Mason caught up with me. "Dude we need to head back" Mason said, out of breath" I nodded and started Jogging to the tent. I heard Mason breathing Heavily as he followed. We made it back to the tent and sat down. "Well?" Nick looked at us. "We couldn't find anything. No campsite or tent or person anywhere" I said, reaching for some water. Mason Grabbed one as well and nodded. "So you just gave up?" Caleb Asked, His voice sounded annoyed. "It was getting dark. We had to or else we could of gotten lost" Mason Said. Caleb scoffed and looked away. Nick stared at Caleb. "Hey. At least they didn't get lost." He said. Caleb looked at us and nodded. "I guess" He muttered. "Hey Oliver can you help me get some fire wood?" Nick asked."Sure" I responded, Getting up and exiting the tent once more. The feeling of the cold air sent shivers down my spine as the Sun began to go down. We stared toward the trees and picked up all the branches we could find on the floor. I was picking some sticks up when I heard Nick scream. I turned around quickly but couldn't see him. I started Looking around. "Nick where are you?!" I shouted. No response. "This isn't funny!" I looked around some more and ran back to the tent. "Guys we have a problem" They looked at me. "Nick is gone. I heard him scream but when I turned around he was no where to be found." I panted, My chest hurt so bad. The others got up and quickly exited the tent. We started running, Yelling for Nick. Soon we came across a Cabin. We stared at it for awhile but turned away. We figured he wouldn't be there. Sirens Blared through the forest and I covered my ears after feeling the pressure on my ears. We continued walking around until it was pitch dark. I had brought a flashlight so we had little light. Sirens Blared again, louder. It was close. Whatever it was. We decided to go back to the cabin since we couldn't find the trail due to it being dark. We entered the cabin and sat in a corner. It was cold and empty. I paused "Guys... There is something else in here" I whispered. They all nodded in agreement. There was indeed something in here. "Oliver come upstairs with me" Mason Said, getting up. I was hesitant but got up and followed him up the creaky stairs. We opened the door to the attic slowly and I shined the light around the basement. "Nick!" I exclaimed as he rose from the darkness. "Guys we have to get out of here. There is something out there." He whispered. "Why are you whispering" I asked. He put a finger to his mouth and pointed to the Attic window. I walked to the window and Peered out. I didn't see anything at first, but then, behind some trees a few miles away started moving. I narrowed my eyes to see better and froze. Something about 40 feet tall started making noises like loud sirens. It was skinny to where I could almost see it's skeleton. It has long, bony arms. What horrified me the most was it's head if you can even call it a head. Instead of a head, there were two sirens. It Blared loudly as it started moving, it crashed trees down and it's footsteps could be heard over 100 miles away. I backed away from the window. What is that?! I demanded. "Siren head" Nick responded, looking at the floor. I looked at him. "We need to get out of here. Now." Nick said. I nodded and followed Nick downstairs. We told the others we needed to get to the car and they agreed. We started running, I could hear Siren head following us close behind. We made it to the car and we all piled in. Before I drove off I heard Mason Screaming for help. I turned around and Saw him in siren heads hand. "Mason!" I yelled, tears rolling down my cheeks. "Dude we need to get out of here!" Nick yelled. I wiped my tears and drove off as I heard Siren head walk away, Mason screams followed. To this day we have not found Mason. Police have gone missing from trying to find Him. They ended up closing the case saying he was dead. But. Tonight. I heard Mason Whisper as my door opened slowly.
