Episode 1

The Summerfield family just moved into their new house. They were a very normal family and lead a very normal life. Mr. Summerfield was a Journalist, Mrs. Summerfield was a teacher, they had two children: the eldest (10 years old), and a younger child (5 years old). The family moved a lot, due to Mr. Summerfield's job. And now they finally moved to the well-known town for mysterious murders and disappearings. Their new house was right behind the woods. The woods were surrounded by a huge fence, put up due to the disappearances. As Mr. and Mrs. Summerfield were unpacking their things and cleaning up all the dust, the two kids were exploring the backyard. Eric (the eldest one) got bored and went to find Peter (his younger brother). He found him talking to someone and quietly laughing by the fence surrounding the woods. At first, he thought Peter was talking to the neighbors or something, but as he walked up, he saw that there was no one there.

-"Who are you talking to?",- he asked.

Peter stopped talking and faced his brother.

-"My new friend!"

-"Um, ok.",- Eric said, thinking that it was just his little brother's imagination. After all, he was just 5 years old.

-"Do you want to meet it?",- Peter said happily, smiling.

-"No, not really. Hey, did you hear that a murder happened in this house, I heard dad telling about it to mom.",- He knew his brother was a scaredy-cat and loved to terrify him.

-"Yeah, I know, my new friend told me about it",- he said once again smiling.

There was an awkward pause that was interrupted by their mother calling them back inside. That evening, during supper Peter told everyone about his new, great friend. His parents didn't really pay any attention to it since lots of kids that age have imaginary friends, soon their son will meet other children and forget about it. After supper, the children went to their new rooms and happily went to sleep, and soon the parents did the same.

That night Mr. Summerfield woke up at around 3 am, he went to the bathroom, and while going back to his room, he noticed that the lights in Peters room were turned on. Thinking nothing of it, he went to his son's room. As he opened the door he was shocked. There in the middle of the room was a circle made from eight knives. all the knives were pointing at the middle, and in the middle of it, all sat his son. For a while there was silence. Just silence. Mr. Summerfield had no idea how to react and what to say.

-"Hey sweetie, what are you doing?"

-"Hi daddy, I'm just playing with my friend."

-"What friend?..."

-"My new friend, the one I told you about, remember. Her name is Sally. She said we had to do a ritual, that needed nine knives."

-"Nine, but there are only eight of them?"

-"Yeah, I know, Sally went to grab the ninth one."

-"Sweetheart, you're making it all up there IS no Sally."

-"Yeah, there is. She's behind you."
