mm it's called spicy rice cake also ttoekboekki it's very easy to make if u have ready made rice cake boil it and then fry it with sesame seeds and soy sauce but u cannot easily find korean souce easily outside the Korea so just add kimchi and after 5 minutes it'll be ready well easy to cook if u have right ingredients
and if u don't have ready made then just make a dough of rice flour and cut it in a shape then boil it
