Mino’s POV

I close the door of the cab with a wide smile on my face as my family home comes into view. The air here feels so different from the one in the city and I know for a fact I need this time off. I walk towards the door with my bags as I knock and tap my foot impatiently. The door opens and Xander appears in his usual smile. “Well look who we have here.”

I smile “Xander bro, how have you been?” I fist bump him but he pulls me in for a big hug as he pats my back. “I missed you man, how was your flight?” He says as he pulls away from the hug making way for me to get inside. “It was a long flight.” I chuckle as I look around. “I have missed this place so much”

I could hear Xander chuckle behind me as he takes my bags. “Yeah you have been far away from home that’s for sure.” I nod. “Yeah I have where is Amber?”

“She is swimming.” Just in cue Amber walks in “Mino!” She engulfs me in a hug as I pull back. “Amber you are all wet and cold.” She chuckles as she puts her hands on her hips. “You are still so dramatic huh?” I roll my eyes playfully as I smile “I have always been this dramatic” she grins as she looks at me up and down. “Woah Little bro you have grown I didn’t even notice it. Are those muscles that am seeing?” She laughs as she pokes my arms and I laugh along with her. “Of course I have grown am no longer a kid you know.” I flex my arm muscles as she laughs.

I look over at Xander as his grey eyes look me up and down. “Anyway where is mom and dad?”

“Mom and dad are out” Amber says before she turns “Am gonna swim for a bit” I nod as I watch her walk away.

I look at Xander as I smile. His face is serious with a mischievous glint behind it which makes me frown in confusion but I brush it off. “You gonna help me with my bags?” Xander nods as he starts to walk up the stairs to my room with me following behind him.

As we get to my room I lie on the bed as I sigh “There is no place like home.” I balance myself on my elbows and see Xander leaning on the wall with his arms crossed over his chest. “You good?”

He looks directly into my eyes making me uneasy as he starts to approach my bed. He leans down on the bed his arms on both sides of my body. I clear my throat as I place my hand on his chest to push him away but he doesn’t budge. “Xander?” I look up at him. “Hmm?” He looks into my eyes as I gulp. “What are you doing?” He leans his head closer and I lean my head on the bed creating space between us. He locks his gaze with mine as his fingers caress my cheeks. “You have really grown Mino\~” “Uhm..Y-yeah I have but this interaction between us is making me uncomfortable” He grins “Is it now?” I nod.

He stops caressing my cheeks as he pulls away letting me sigh out in relief. “Good to see you home Mino\~” he smiles before he leaves my room.

I gently slap my face. What the hell just happened?

I stand up from bed and start to pack my clothes trying to forget what Xander did. I have always known Xander as an affectionate guy but what he did moments ago threw me off. I mean I just got here! I sigh as I sit back down in bed Why am I even thinking about this? Maybe he was just playing..yeah he must have been fooling around. I nod my head. Of course he was fooling around.....right? I mean why else would he...i groan out in irritation. “Why am I even thinking about this?” I lie down in bed as I close my eyes.

The picture of Xander’s face so close to mine plays over and over on my mind as my cheeks redden. I sit up as I slap my face. “Get out of my mind.” I groan as I stand up and pace around. “He is your sister’s husband and your brother-in-law. Get a grip Mino come on.” I say as I start to punch the air like a punching bag. I roll my eyes as I sigh. “I don’t think am gonna forget that easily” I look around my room looking for some sort of distraction. My eyes light up as I notice a book in my study table. I take is as I examine it “Hmm? This is not mine.” I turn it to read the back. “After a long time of hiding himself away from who he truly is William finds his escape in Kane his hot CEO boss who introduces him to a new world of pleasure” i put the book away as the splitting image of Xander plays in my mind as I throw myself in bed screaming on my pillow.

This cannot be happening.
