Chapter 3

"Who are you to say my name casually?" Brother question to her as he turned his angry face to her.

"I-I'm Alison Brix, daughter of Arlon Brix. Don’t you remember me?" she answered stuttering.

"I don't care who you are. What I want to know is how did you enter my office and who's the one who let you come in?" He said in a not high pitch voice, but you still can feel how intimidating his tone is.

"I... I..".

"Alison Brix, daughter of Mr. Brix? So it is him" he said it in cold and authoritarian tone letting Alison to shiver. Considering me if he ever use that tone to me.

"Jonas, drag this woman and let his father know this as a warning" his command.

Uncle Jonas was his body guard he always brings with him because Brother gives him all the dirty work. Of course he is the only one who can finish the business. How did I know, Brother Carlos tells me about it. He tells me almost everything.

As Uncle Jonas is dragged Alison out. Brother Carlos pull me to the coach, he was sitting on the couch letting me sit on his lap. For his information, we are at the company not at home. I sighed... who cares I love sitting on his lap.

"Are you okay? Did she hurt you?" he asked while holding on my shoulder checking if I was hurt.

"I'm alright, I'm not hurt or anything" I answered.

"Good. If not, I would make her pay the price" said it in an expression that he is ready to kill anyone soon. I know I already know this side of him but still I always have ghost bumps every time I see that expression.

"It's fine Brother besides you said that we are going somewhere, right?" changing the topic.

"Ahg..SH*T!... I almost forgot about that" he said letting out his frustration. "I'm sorry Baby, let me finish this first then we'll go. You can have a nap if you want" he added.

I did take a nap, but I was sitting on his lap, Like this 👇🏻

It's almost 5 pm after Brother finish all his paper works, not literally although. And wake me up saying that we can go now because he finish thet needed to be finished.

We are inside Brother's car, he was the one driving to where he said we're going to. I keep asking him where were we going, but he kept silent. Because he said it will be a surprise.

I'm super curious right now because of curiosity, but brother don't even want to give me a hint.

It's an hour ride after we stopped on a deck where someone was waiting on us, and I think this is a private deck.

"Brother, why are we here?" I ask but brother just get outside and open the car door for me.

"To see your surprised off course" Brother said.
