CHAPTER #3

It's been three day's since his birthday.

He was sitting in his chair and massaging his forehead.

There's a lot of piled up work for him that it's giving him headache.

While massaging his forehead someone knocked at the door. He open his eyes and stand "Come in" he said.

His assistant entered.

"What is it?" he asked.

"Miss Yun called and she said that she'll come visit you today, this afternoon." said the assistant politely.

"Ohh! So she's back" he smiled.

"Yes sir. She just got back this morning"

"Okay, Then don't bring my lunch here"

"Yes, sir"

"Is that all" he asked.

"Uhm, Here's some document's you need sign sir"

His face turned dark when he see the piled up new documents his assistant were holding. "I just finished signing up the last paper works" he thought.

"Leave them there" points at his table.

The assistant leave the documents in his table and immediately leaves his office.

He sat down and continue massaging his forehead.

After a while.

The door oppened and a gorgeous woman carrying a box of cake and take out food entered.

A slight warm smile traced from his lips when he see the woman who just entered. It was Jeza Yun.

The woman sweetly smiled back and walked straight to him.

She drop the food she's carrying at his table and jump up to his laps.

"I miss you" the woman said and about to kiss him but he avoided it.

Jeza pouted his mouth.

"Don't you miss me?"

He laughed and caress her face gently.

"I miss you too" He said while caressing Jeza's face.

"Then why did you avoid my kiss?" Jeza asked pouting.

"Later okay" He laugh.

"But--"

"Im hungry, What did you bring?" he said to stop Jeza from talking more.

"ohh. A cake and your favorite foods"

"A cake?" he wondered

"Yes, a cake?"

"Why did you bring a cake?" he asked

"Did you forget it's your birthday three days ago"

"Ohhh, Yeah, i forgot" he lowered down his head and became silent.

He then suddenly remember why is there's a cake in the table and so much food prepared when he came home three days ago. And all the dish that was served was his favorite. Because of thinking too much and there's a piled up work he forgot the day he was born.

He didn't eat any of those prepared dish when he woke up that morning and see it. Because he wanted to hurt Tamara

He knows that Tamara put a lot of effort to prepare those dish. She was always been like that.

But somehow he felt regreted for not even tasting those dish she prepared.

He sighed.

"Why? What's wrong?" Jeza asked him

He just nods "nothing"

Jeza's looking at him wondering what did he remember. But she don't have the guts to asked him, so she just let it go . She stand from his laps.

"Ill prepare the food let's eat. Im quite hungry too" she said smilling at him trying to change his mood.

He just nods. .

"Here i bought some candles too. I know it's three day's late but it's not too late to celebrate your birthday right?" Jeza said to him while smilling gracefully.

He smiled back "No"

"Okay then, Happy birthday to you" Jeza started to sing happy birthday. .

He was about to blow the candle when the door opened and Tamara enter.
