Episode 4.

Dr. Usman ran after the masked man and the girl. He grabbed a scalpel from a nearby tray and followed them to the corridor. He shouted, "Stop! Let her go! She's my patient!"

The masked man turned around and fired a shot at him. Dr. Usman dodged the bullet and threw the scalpel at the man's hand. The scalpel hit its target and made the man drop his gun.

Dr. Usman rushed towards the man and tackled him to the ground. They exchanged punches and kicks, while the girl watched in horror.

She didn't know who to trust or what to do. She felt torn between the man who claimed to know her and the man who claimed to love her.

She didn't know it yet, but she had to make a choice that would change her life forever.
