THE AGONY

Taehyung entered the mansion and saw his friends. The discomfort in his eyes was visible, as if he didn't want them there, not at that time.

Jimin: "Hey Tae, it has been days since we last saw you. Where have you been? You didn't even come to the party last night; everyone was looking for you."

Before Taehyung could answer, Jungkook interrupted.

Jungkook said, "He must have been busy; we shouldn't meddle into his personal matters; after all, it's not easy for the greatest businessman to be available at every place," winking at Taehyung.

Taehyung felt some relief, sat on the sofa, and started chatting with his friends.

While they were chit-chatting, Taehyung's secretary came in and whispered a few words in his ear. Taehyung seemed a bit irritated. Jungkook noticed this behavior as Taehyung was loosening his tie. Jungkook spoke

"Tae tomorrow is Sara's birthday; Jin told us to inform you about it; you know he wants to celebrate his girlfriend's birthday lavishly."

Taehyung didn't say anything; he was just staring at Jungkook. Jungkook got up from his seat and told Jimin that they should leave.

Both Jimin and Jungkook sat in Jungkook's car. Jimin seemed at bit off and asked Jungkook, "Don't you feel Tae is changed? He is not what he used to be; he is not who I knew; somehow he has changed. Do you think I should ask him?"

Before answering, Jungkook took a deep breath and forced a simile on his face: "Hyung, I think you are overthinking; he has been under lots of pressure; maybe it is just the exhaustion."

With that, Jungkook drove his car, and Jimin looked out the window, remembering Taehyung how he remembered.

After a long silence, Jimin said, His eyes seem to be of the devil and not of a person.

Jungkook didn't reply, and Jimin once again looked out of the window.

Taehyung was sitting on the sofa when he saw his secretary come once again, and before he could say anything, Taehyung got up and went out the mansion towards the door where Y/N was.

He unlocked the door and saw Y/N unconscious. Taehyung looked at the secretary and said, "How much time does it take to gain consciousness, Jackson?"

Jackson looked a bit uneasy and answered, Just a few minutes, sir.

After some time, Y/N opened her eyes, and to her surprise, she once again found herself tied to the chair. She adjusted her vision and looked at Taehyung, who was already glaring at her.

Shivers ran through Y/N's body the way Taehyung was glaring at her; she knew something was not right.

Tears started flowing down her eyes as if pleading Taehyung to let her go. But Taehyung had different plans; he reached his hands towards Jackson, who handed him the remote. Taehyung took a remote, looked at it, passed a smirk towards Y/N, and pushed the button.

The floor where Y/N was tied to the chair opened, and the chair fell down. Soon, Y/N found herself struggling in the water; she was not ready for it. The water kept entering her lungs, making it difficult for her to breathe. She kept struggling, and after sometimes she found herself on the floor, still tied to the chair, coughing the water out. Taehyung repeated the process several times. He was doing it intentionally. When he was satisfied, he got up from his seat and walked towards Y/N, who was still coughing the water out. Taehyung grabbed her hair and told her not to make him angry, and if she ever tried to run away, he would be harsher. Jackson was there the whole time; his face looked pale, and when Taehyung noticed his face, he went straight up to him and said," I know you have a phobia; I'm doing this so that you will get over it." Laughing like a maniac at Jackson's face, Taehyung walked towards the door but stopped halfway and turned back towards Jackson, who was still pale and looking at Y/N.

"If you ever tried to help her by any means, do you know what I can do? HALF BROTHER"

Jackson didn't look at Taehyung but nodded in response. Taehyung went back to Y/N and kicked harshly in her stomach making her scream in pain,which made Jackson flinch.

Taehyng lips curved in satisfaction seeing both of them. He whispered in Jackson's ear do you remember something?. With that Taehyung left the room and Jackson looked at Y/N who was still in pain. When Y/N looked at him he just mouthed sorry and left the room leaving Y/N on ground in pain.
