Chapter 1

Have you ever fallen in love with your classmate? Well, if yes, me too. I fell in love with my classmate named Ezekiel. Ezekiel is the vice-president of our classroom. He's handsome, tall, sporty, and also smart that's why I like him.

I was walking in the hallway when I saw Ezekiel on the field practicing volleyball for the upcoming intramural. I stopped walking and stared at him, waiting to see if he would look at me too. Staring at him for a few minutes, my classmate, Kylie, saw me in a daze through the hallway window.

"Hey, Elly, why are you staring out there?"

I was surprised because Kylie suddenly appeared

"Nothing"

I was so nervous that Kylie might know who I was looking at, so I immediately pulled her back to the classroom.

"What food did you buy?" I immediately asked Kylie

"Sandwich" she said while removing the plastic wrapped around her sandwich

"Hmm" I nodded

We both fell silent while eating the food we bought at the canteen. After a while, she asked me who I had a crush on in the classroom.

"Elly, who is your crush here in the classroom?" She asked me smiling

"Huh? What kind of question is that!?" I rolled my eyes

"Just answer it"

"Hmm... Actually, there is"

Kylie covered her mouth so suddenly that I had a crush in the classroom.

"Who?!" the shock was obvious on her face. "You're keeping a secret from me" she added

"It's a secret, right?"

"You just say it! Fine! I'll just go through it one by one"

Kylie looked back and was looking for where the attractive people in our classroom were sitting.

"Marcus? Ezekiel?" She mentioned while counting on her fingers

When Kylie mentioned Ezekiel's name, I suddenly smiled

"Hey! Who is your crush?!" She asked when she saw me smile

"Secret" I chuckled

Kylie snorted and stopped nagging me. Kylie and I were so quiet that I told her who I had a crush on in the classroom

"Ezekiel" I said while simply staring at the blackboard

"Ezekiel?!"

I immediately covered Kylie's mouth so that our classmates in the classroom might hear

"You're so noisy!" I stammered as I covered Kylie's mouth. Kylie removed my palm from her mouth. "I'm sorry!".

"Let's keep it a secret for now, Kylie"

[The bell rang]

Recess is over and the classroom is full of students. Kylie returned to her seat and immediately took out her notebook. I saw Ezekiel enter the classroom and sit in his seat. While I was preparing my notebook, I noticed Kylie looking at me and smirking like she was teasing me because Ezekiel was sitting next to me. Kylie's eyebrows are constantly going up and down as if she is saying "her crush is next to her".

Ezekiel took the handkerchief from his bag. He also constantly wiping his sweat.

"Kiel? Can you change your clothes?"

"No need, and I don't have extra clothes" he said while wiping his sweat

After a while, our next teacher entered our classroom. We stood up and greeted. When we sat down, Ma'am looked at Ezekiel.

"Mr. Suarez?" Ma'am mentioned Kiel's last name. Kiel immediately looked at the teacher and answered. "Yes ma'am?"

"Change your clothes, the whole classroom smells of sweat"

"Yes ma'am"

Kiel left the classroom and went to the restroom. The teacher ordered me to take care of Kiel and I followed. I went to the men's restroom, I knocked first before entering.
