The tux fitted his perfectly sculptured body at the right places...
Sally was brought out of her own world to reality by the Pastor as he joined them in holy matrimony the music faded, and the clergyman stepped up to the microphone, Bible in hand. He smiled at the assembly. "Cherished family members and honored guests, I would like to thank each of you for coming out this morning," he said. The sound carried well from the small speakers to either side of the podium. The pastor placed the Bible down before him. "Let us begin by offering thanks to the Lord on this wonderful day." We all bowed our heads and he prayed.
After the prayer was over, the preacher led them through their vows. It was now time for the exchange of rings. An adorable little boy dressed in a blue tuxedo walked up and handed Ramsey a ring. He slipped it on Sally's finger. The pastor smiled and turned to Sally . He repeated the question and received the same reply. She took his ring from a small girl dressed in pink and place it on his finger. "By the power vested unto me I now proclaim you husband and wife." "You may now kiss your bride." He did so, placing his hands on her shoulders. The pastor held up his hands, bringing the crowd to their feet.
Ramsey and Sally left the gazebo, arms linked, with identical smiles on their faces. The best man, maid of honor, and the groomsmen and bridesmaids followed suit, falling in behind them as the headed towards the reception.
It was a very sweet day and for an August wedding it couldn't have been a better weather situation. A large, beautiful tent and flooring had been erected on the lawn where the reception was to be held. Upon arrival guests were invited to enjoy a cocktail by the pool before the ceremony. Once all of the guests had arrived they found thier seats around a custom made gazebo, waiting for the couple to make their entrance. The doors to the garden opened on the other side of the pool and Sally and Ramsey walked hand-in-hand.
For their parts of the ceremony, Sally and Ramsey both managed to hold it together to seal the deal with a kiss. To robust applause they stepped out of the gazebo and embraced their families. The Hackman's, were beaming watching their son marry the love of his life and wishing them well.
Following the ceremony, Sally and Ramsey received guests and well wishes by the pool as folks enjoyed cocktails before dinner. Not even the brief rain could dampen the spirits of everyone under the main tent. Tables were named after places the couple had visited during their relationship and decorated with pictures from that particular locale.
Mark, Ramsey's best friend and best man gave a touching speech of just how wonderful Ramsey is and how much he means to his family and friends. Kazy the maid of honor followed with a speech summarizing how wonderful the couples were wishing them a life of happiness.
The dinner was delicious as you might expect, followed by a few hours of energetic dancing. As the night came to an end the couples gazed lovingly at each other and their excitement for each other was simply contagious.
At the end of the ceremony Sally turned around and threw her bouquet of rose silk flowers behind her. The women collided with each other as they tried to catch it. Then Ramsey ran to the BMW that waited for them. Both of their faces were blushed. They were so quick to get away. Ramsey tried not to step on Sally's long white train that dragged the ground as they ran. As they reached the decorated BMW, Ramsey jumped in the driver's seat and Sally in the passenger's seat. Ramsey took off as if he was in a car race ready to win a race. The ribbons and twisted coils and streamers whisked in the wind behind them. The wedding had turned out delightful. All the guests gathered to bid them farewell it was a day of great joy that everyone hoped will last
In the car Ramsey took the opportunity to watch the woman he had married and appreciate her beauty . She had a sculpted figure which was twine-thin. Her waist was tapered and she had a decanter shaped waist and her complexion had an impeccable, ochrous hue. Her pencil-thin eyebrows eased down gently to her black, beetle’s-leg eyelashes. A sculptor could not have fashioned her seraph’s ears and pixie’s nose any better.
When she broke into a smile, her beguiling, oyster-white teeth lit up the room. It could jolt you like an electric current when that megawatt smile gave you her full attention. Filed to perfection, her Venus-red fingernails ran through her nougat-brown hair. Spools of it plunged around her photogenic face and hid a swan’s neck, elegant and smooth. I loved her nebulous, Eden-green eyes which were a-sparkle with the ‘joie de vivre’. They were like two beryl-green jewels melted onto snow.
Her calamine-pink lips tasted like rose petals. It surprised me that they were plump and botox-boosted as she had a demure, timorous personality. She whispered to me in a dulcet voice as sweet as any songbird. Her voguish clothes still kept captive an aroma redolent of cinnamon and meadow-fresh mint. It lingered in the room long after she had gone. And that dress on her could kill he had seen the many male eyes that eyed up his wife during the ceremony so he never left her side.. He was possessive and he knew it. She wore a strapless wedding gown with embroidery on her bodice. Rhinestones and pearl beads were sewn on her gown. She also wore a two-tier veil, with a matching crystal head-piece. She held a French rose silk bouquet. Her dress accentuated her thin waist, hugged her hips, and flared out a bit. A V-slit on the side revealed a less embroidered under fabric. His mind couldn't help but wander back to the ceremony were Her dad held her left arm and smiled at her as they reached the bottom step. The moment he saw her she looked extremely breathtaking he could tear his eyes of her for even a second. He hoped she would like his surprise
