That said, I wanted to share my honest thoughts respectfully. Personally, I wasn’t fully satisfied with Luka and Shaw’s story. When they appeared as a side couple in the main story, their scenes and dynamics felt very exciting and interesting, so I had very high expectations for their own story. However, some parts, especially the chapters involving the drug situation, felt more frustrating than engaging to me, and I also didn’t really enjoy the ending. At times, it felt like Shaw didn’t care enough emotionally, which made it difficult for me to connect with the story.
Of course, this is only my personal opinion, and I’m still very thankful that you wrote their story. Your older stories had such a strong mafia essence, adventure, humor, and emotional balance, which is why I think my expectations became even higher.
I’m really excited for your upcoming story with Tian as the male lead or someone else as ML , and I’m looking forward to reading it. I hope it will have more of the adventurous, funny, and exciting mafia vibe that made your earlier stories so memorable for me.
