Olivia : she is one of the maids in the dark tower palace, and she is 25 yrs old, and she is Elora's childhood friend.

Mia : she is Elora's caretaker, she is 22 yrs old, and she is one of the mysterious characters in this story.

"Are you Elora, right?", this mysterious voice coming from her backside
