Hoseok's Y/n story : Burden of the Curse

Hoseok had always been the heart of the group, the one who kept hope alive when everyone else had begun to fall into despair. But the curse had changed him. His laughter was rare now, and his eyes, once bright, were shadowed by guilt and sadness.

Y/N found him one evening in the castle's chapel, his back turned to her as he gazed up at the stained glass window. The soft glow from the dying sun illuminated his face, highlighting the lines of worry etched into his features.

"Hoseok?" she called softly approaching him cautiously.

He turned, startled, his eyes widening at the sight of her. He quickly wiped away the tears threatening to spill over and gave her a small, forced smile. "Y/N... You shouldn't be here."

She shook her head, standing firm. "I wanted to find you. I know you've been carrying so much. You don't have to do this alone."

Hoseok let out a shaky breath and lowered his gaze. "It's my fault, Y/N. I was the one who convinced the others to take the deal, to give in to our selfish desires. If I hadn't been so blind..."

"You can't blame yourself for everything," Y/N said gently, stepping closer. "We all make mistakes. But we can't change the past. We can only move forward."

His eyes met hers, filled with an emotion she couldn't quite place. "But what if I can't? What if I don't deserve to be free?"

Y/N reached out, taking his hand in hers. "You deserve to be free, Hoseok. I believe in you. You just have to believe in yourself."

For a moment, the weight of the curse seemed to lift, and for the first time in what felt like an eternity, Hoseok felt a flicker of hope.
