Yeah I did ...their delivery service is slow but the product is good and in fact packaging also...If you want to order something early...like two three weeks before and there is no exchange policy always return...like some of my products are having size issues but the quality is good so I have to return😭😭 that

well things purchased from savana, urbanic takes more time as they're more concerned with the safety and have foreign products too but rest assured you won't have to compromise for the quality in it, it's really good.so even if it comes late it will be worth it.

their delivery service is terrible ngl !! if your product is under express delivery then it's fine otherwise it's take almost half a month or maybe more for them to deliver and some times it can happen that they deliver 2-3 before the delivery date ..not earlier than that
