no, he didn't hurt them physically, I can understand it but let them live with him, it's too late to regret for them he already died one time, they started trusting him when he said he is reborn if not then still they would have tried to side with hanna till she confess it, moreover he died one time already because of them, now letting them repay for their sin would be unfair to his past self.
