I have somewhat similar experience to it hurts to remember how things were n how things r right now tho I have not lost someone very close to me but I have seen whom I love most suffer for losing their close ones it feels trible i can't imagine how bad it will be when it happens to me

I know we can't we anything but show our sympathy to you but still take care of yourself first and if u want to cry just let the tears shed , and within taking care of everything don't forget yourself. I really hope this time should pass soon for you
