3 years later

He’s the man, He’s the swordmaster, He’s Isa Yuki! The announcer says. It’s been three years since the incident. Still he doesn’t have a clue on what happened. His father had been declared dead, but he thinks what he saw was a dream. Although he has been grieving, Yuki has been working out and getting stronger. He’s become a whole new man, a man who wants to protect the city and his friends, or “colleagues” as Sato says. They’ve all mostly skipped school and started a new life. They’ve been able to defeat Uchida Tetsuya, who was a strong robber. Nothing too bad, but at least they got money for it.

“Wake up, monkey!” Hoshima yells into his ear.

“What, wha…?” Isa says still half asleep.

“The morning walk, remember?”

“Oh, yeah, that…” He says trying not to show his anger.

“Let’s go,” Hoshima says, or as he’s called by Isa, Hoshi.

He tries jumping out of bed but lands upside down on the ground. Hoshi had to pull him out of that position and get him up.

“I really didn’t walk to get out man!”

“You said you’d go with me,”

“You should’ve realized I wasn’t really going to.”

“Then why are you here?”

“Why do you think so?” Isa says looking straight at Hoshi’s one eye. During the battle against Tetsuya a shotgun blasted through the edge of his eye. His whole face could’ve been gone if it wasn’t for Anzai Hitoshi, the healing nebula. The patch on his face was dark blue, although everyone didn’t like the color, there was no other.

“Oh look at that. It’s a broken necklace, with uh… A liquid on the bottom?” Isa says confused.

“It doesn’t matter, you don’t need to do anything about it.”

Although he listened to Hoshi, he still ran up to it to inspect the necklace.

“Hmm,” “I don’t know what this is?” Isa says. Then he kneels down trying to touch it. When he touched it, it was as if lightning struck his body. Little bolts zapping his insides.

What’s going on? He thinks to himself terrified. He’d never been like this, never as scared as he was now. He blinks once and he sees himself inside an icy place with ice pillars holding the area. Above him is frozen ice, below him is frozen ice. He sees a man, with a large hammer and a sickle running towards him at full speed. His eyes were red as blood. Before the man is able to reach and kill him he finally lets go of the necklace and the visions are gone. Behind him was his friend Hoshi.

“You alright man?” “You really scared, don’t joke around like that.” He says, sounding relieved.

“No it’s real, I… I…” Isa couldn’t even complete his words. He couldn’t even comprehend what happened.

He hears sounds from behind.

“He’s… He’s here!” Isa yells.

They both turned around, and the man was behind them. He races towards Isa, even though Hoshi standing, ready to fight, was right next to him. Before Isa’s able to get his double thorn sword, the man kicks him, sending him crashing into the building, blocks away.

“Who the hell are you!?” Hoshi yells.

“I am… Your worst nightmare.” He yells. Running towards Hoshi, punching and kicking him in all his body parts.

“Auugh,” Hoshima yells in pain running throughout his body.

“I told you,” the man chuckles quietly. Then he points his hand at the fully standing Isa. A small ball jumps towards Isa and hit’s him. His eyes wide open. He couldn’t move a single muscle.

“Damn it,” he yells.
