I just woke up and received a text from my husband. " I already left. I didn't want to wake you to meet me at the family house. You know what today is"

of course I do it's December 1st I've been married for two years and know my inlaws have a weird gathering you my wonder why I called it weird you see its like its giving a typical gossipgirl iconic thanksgiving.

Everyone in their family is invited no matter if they have problems or they hate each other their families always come together on this day.

I stood up from my bed, took off my clothes, and headed to shower by the time I came out. The maid was already waiting, and she said, " Mr Smith said you should go to the fitting room the make up artist and the designers are already there he picked a dress for you with jewellery, your tea is ready should I bring it to the fitting room"

never mind Imelda, you can leave now. I heard your daughter just gave birth. I'll make up an excuse to my husband, and I sent some money to your account. it's for the baby.

"Lady yeonhee, you're so kind, thankyou."

I went to the fitting room. I got my makeup done, and I wore my dress , and that's where everything started to go wrong

" Can you take off your necklace, Ms.

no, I can't. Sorry, I don't wear any other necklace than this.

" I understand Ms, but my boss asked you to wear this. You can wear the necklace another time."

fine, I removed my necklace and kept it in my purse, and wore the jewellery. After that, I was told my car was ready and I left.

I got the house only to see my husband waiting for me as I saw him I saw a man who would never stop loving me wether I loved him as much as he did didn't matter what matter was that I bet my whole life on this marriage and forgot about everything well not everything

" yeonhee, what are you thinking about ?"

" you look really beautiful you wore the necklace I bought I didn't know you'll take that one off"

Well their jobs depend on it, what I mean is the necklace is pretty thankyou.

we finally got to the house and everybody looked at me as I entered the only Asian in the room either their racist or blinded by my beauty but I had to pull of a fake smile and greet everyone and sit for dinner well the smile wasn't that fake that's what I always do around everyone here being myself isn't a good idea but I noticed an unfamiliar face two a man and a girl they looked like father or daughter but like who knows that made me actually laugh and everyone looked at me and my father inlaw asked what was funny I said I'm just happy to be here then my sister inlaw said " I'll bet you'll regret that later" i looked at her and just ignored the comment then we started eating .everyone one was silent at first till they started talking about Buisness ideas and who's better than who I didn't care I just wanted to leave as soon as possible till I heard something very funny that I started to laugh like my life depended on I couldn't stop laughing I couldn't believe what they said at all.
